LOVE this local, conveniently located, professional printing company! Quick to respond with quotes and to get your work done in a hurry. And all with a smile. Price is right, too!

This place is awesome. We sell art prints, and Uptown Color is cheaper and better than any of the other places we’ve tried, even the big national companies. They are also nicer and more knowledgeable. As I type this, I’m in the shop after hours waiting while they finish my print run — I need it by tomorrow, so they stayed late to get it done. Local really is always the way to go.

I love giving business to a local, non-​chain business, but it is a no brainer since they offer the best quality and service. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and understanding. Turn around seems super fast and faster than I deserve since I am always last minute (shame on me). They really do go above and beyond to provide a great service!

I want to love Uptown Color, really, I do. They have all the right ingredients for a great local business, but I get increasingly frustrated with their service. I’ve frequently used Uptown for promotional materials, posters and such, and at first they were pretty great. I got a quick price quote, and then received an e-​mail when my projects were ready to pick up. What a breeze! I foolishly thought it would last forever.
Now, I feel like I have to hunt down Uptown to find out when and if my orders are ready. I e-​mail my orders in and no one replies to them. Once, I called for a status report, and the order had been ready for two days and no one called to let me know. Other times, I’ve called a week after placing an order and it still hasn’t been run. Is it that hard to let me know, «Yo, your posters/​flyers/​etc. are ready?» Am I asking too much to be given a heads up?!
The products themselves are good, with fair prices, and the people seem friendly, but the disorganization and lack of contact with customers drives me crazy. Granted, I’m not doing multi-​thousand dollar big ass project orders, but I shouldn’t have to throw down tons of cash just to get a little attention. I wish I could recommend Uptown to all my friends, but I always get left with a bad taste in my mouth, which is more disappointing than anything else.

Picked up yet another order of glossy show posters and was 100% satisfied as always. Fast turnaround, friendly service, low prices, and AS GOOD AS IT GETS for local non-​chain printing services. Don’t go anywhere else.

The kids here are always super fast and helpful. We’ve used them at work for several years and highly recommend them.

Great service! They made my business cards and they’re willing to work with you. Extremely knowledgeable about design limitations and insightful enough to offer suggestions. They are quick and not expensive.
