We are at work when the True Green folks come by, but they always call and always leave records of what was done. The proof is in the pudding — our lawn and trees and bushes are more healthy. Of course we try to do our part with pruning and extra seed sowing. But the air-​ation and seed that went down last year is coming up nicely. Thank you!

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I signed up for the full service on 4÷8÷13 and prepaid. I happened to go online to TruGreens facebook page, ect and saw all the terrible reviews of the company. Seemed nobody was happy with the service. So I quickly cancelled the very next day before any service was done. I have made 5 phone calls since then to get a refund and have received nothing. It has been 14 days!!! Terrible customer service and I feel like this will end up being a transaction dispute through the credit card company since TruGreen simply cant refund my money.

Please stop calling me! I have told every caller to take me off your list and you still call. I am not interested. I am truly sorry to have used your services for the time i did. Your poor and sloppy billing practice is only reinforced by your lack of understanding that i never want to use your service AGAIN.
