History

Established in 1992.

Business started as a Project Management company, managing other peoples projects, with some design work, and solely concentrated on large commercial projects in the down town areas. Participated in many of the Californian Cities Mandated UMB programs, strengthening structures to resist earthquake forces, and remodeling large commercial buildings.

Branched out into underground garage building during the late ninities as residential property values demanded greater flexibility and parking, invariably remodeling Victorian or older buildings, after the new garage was installed. Continued working with Property Managers and owners in order to maintain and maximize their building’s use, adding bathrooms, new kitchens, new windows, decks and landscaping.
