History

Established in 1999.

Native to the RVA area, The Maid Crew was started with one goal in mind. to allow Shawn (the owner) to «Be His Own Boss», make decent money and pursue the dream of making something outta nothing. Offering great service at an affordable price is merely a byproduct of that goal. Having started with only one client in the summer of 1999, Shawn has, through flexible scheduling, low prices and responsive customer service grown the biz to the point where he’s now able to keep 12 – 15 folks employed full time. How AWESOME is that?!

I joke with folks about the notion of how I learned how to clean … by spending four years in the Marines. Yeap, four years in the USMC will teach a guy how to get things clean and detailed. After taking on my first client, it wasn’t long before a slew of folks wanted to sign up for service. Great detail + Great Prices make for a lot of buzz. In the years since starting, I’ve been extremely blessed by the grace and favor of God. We’ve got some great clients, a cool staff and a lot of room to grow.
