Ah yes. It’s a subway. They’re all 2’s or 3’s. This one gets 2 because the difficulty in ordering. A neighborhood in Richmond that is about 60% Black and 39% Hispanic. Is on the main drag but the panhandling tends to keep out of towners away. Come from a background where I’ve been exposed to different cultures since the 2nd grade. Like decades ago. But here everyone speaks Hindi or Punjabi. Takes for ever to get my order in and although I’m standing right there it rarely gets done the way I ask. There have to be one or two qualified locals who are maybe looking for work?

Best place ever!!! They keep the place clean all the time. Customer service is the best in town. I recommend this subway to everyone. I eat here everyday and it’s always better than last time :)

This Subway location is nice and clean and located in the same area as Target. I like to come here during lunch to grab a sandwich. It’s quick and never busy. Staff friendly and there’s alway parking since it’s in strip mall area. Will keep coming here when I am in the mood for a sandwich.

I have a love hate relationship with this Subway. It is Subway they are all the same really but here is why this Subway is different. Let me start with the parking lot… it sucks. It is a bunch of crappy cars with 22″ chrome rims on them double parked everywhere. If you can actually get parking you will be accosted at least once or twice before you get to the door. It is usually one of two things. «Give me some change, give me your change» the other is «hey blood, hey blood buy my CD.» I have actually had people follow me in the Subway and wait for me to pay to try to get my change. The owners seem cool but they did give me the wrong sandwich once. I wish they would try to do something about the people out front but it is what it is. I usually just go somewhere else.

I never crave subway, yet my wallet seems too! Sometimes when I am on a crunch for cash this place does the trick, it is a few minutes away from my place of work. Pros: *Friendly family owned subway. *dirt cheap. *within a few minutes of Police Dept. so you can probably always spot one around. Cons: *Very sketchy location. *Parking is very limited *hoodlums, coin chasers always around. Over all I will only visit this location during daylight hours and order to go.

well I wont bother rating the food here, as most subways are the same, same menu etc, but whats different about this subway compared to others… EXCELLENT customer service, the staff are friendly and will make your sandwich in a timely manner when you are on the go!!!

This is the best subway I’ve been to. Great music playing, friendly service, generous toppings and always a smiley person behind the counter. I don’t mind going to cutting blvd and risk getting shot to visit these nice people. Great job people! Thumbs up and and double gun salute from me!!!

Another standard Subway place. I gave it 4 stars since I’ve been pretty satisfied with Subway in general. They’re generous with the toppings and what goes in the sandwich. The price is pretty good for what you get. The location isn’t that great(in a ghetto neighborhood, small parking lot) but I’d still rather come here than the Quizno’s nearby where the quality and portions just aren’t worth it.

First thing you say when you this Subway«Where do I park?» The only available parking belongs to either Goodwill or KFC/Long John Silvers. Other than that pretty much like any other Subway they even got refill on the customer side so you don’t have to ask for refills.

This place has all of your standard subway fare and is handy in a pinch but there is a 98 cent surcharge for ATM fees. This turned out the be the most expensive sandwich I’ve ever purchased.
