Nancy was absolutely terrific. She took her time with me and gave me some great tips on treating my dry hair. I’m very picky about having my hair cut and have had some very bad cuts done in the past, which Nancy saw and worked around. The cut she gave me is absolutely fantastic and works whether I let it air dry in its curly style or blow it straight. I also had her color it and although I thought it was a little dark at first, after a few washes, it’s started to lighten some. She even brought out the red highlights that I love. Next time, though, I think we’ll go a little lighter with the highlights. All in all, this is a great place and the people are so friendly and helpful. 5 stars all the way.

the website advertised a certain price, and when I checked out I was charged $ 50+ than the website advertised. I understand it changes based on stylist, but I was not told what I was even being charged for because it definitely wasn’t what my appointment was made for. I was also there in regards to hair color, and when it was drying my stylist kept saying «it didn’t turn out as good as it should’ve/we probably should’ve left the color on for longer/​you might need to come back and get it redone.» I don’t think I should’ve been charged that much for a service that didn’t even work.
Edit: called the salon to ask what I was charged for, and they informed me I was charged an additional $ 30 because I had my hair blow dryed. apparently a blow dry is only included in hair cuts. so if you get a color/​toner/​anything where your hair needs to be washed/​rinsed, your options are either leave with wet hair or pay the $ 30 to have your hair dried. when I told them the service didn’t take on my hair I was told «well you could ask your stylist if she could redo it, I’m sure she wouldn’t mind.» I shouldn’t have to ASK her (and possibly have her say no) if I can have my hair fixed when she didn’t do it right, it should be offered.

This salon is beautiful and modern. I get my hair done by Faith Doll, who is fabulous and up to date on coloring and cutting techniques. I went in with dark brown hair, which was heavily saturated with hair color, and came out with a beautiful caramel balayage/​ombré style. This salon is on the pricey side, but Faith did my hair perfectly and I am completely satisfied with my new look, so it was worth it in my opinion. I highly recommend!

Jackie Wagoner is awesome. She dyed, cut, and styled my hair before my wedding, and it was PERFECT!
