RYM stands for «Relax Your Mind.» I use the word «Sister» because I work with all women, through birth, massage, and wellness that empowers the woman and her children to live a long, healthy life.

I m a Certified Massage Therapist and Birth Doula.

I had been practicing massage for about 11 years before I decided that I would study to become a professional, and learn the Science behind giving a great massage. Already having a spiritual or energetic understanding of how massage affects the human development; I was really interested in learning how the physical connects to the spirit or energy of the human. Now that I have that understanding, I am able to give a much more rewarding gift to each of my clients through massage.

Later, I gave birth to my beautiful son and grew a passion for birth. I looked into being a Birth Doula, and realized that massage and birth go hand-​in-​hand. I knew that this career choice was the best for me. I have 3 years birth experience and I look forward to every birth that is to come.
