Syreeta Bailey Stewart, Esq. is an active member of her professional community focused on providing excellent client service. Prior to starting SBStewart Law PLLC, Ms. Stewart worked as a solo practitioner, and also as a Virginia Medicaid Appeals Hearing Officer and Fraud and Abuse analyst for the Department of Medical Assistance Services. Ms. Stewart prides herself on providing practical and comprehensive solutions for individuals with varying legal needs. She has experience in various areas of law, including family matters (child support, custody, divorce), immigration law, business law (business formation, registered agent services, contract disputes), elder law (wills, estate planning, Medicaid planning), consumer bankruptcy, traffic infractions, and personal injury.
