History
Established in 2014.
RVAFit is an offshoot of CrossFit RVA. CrossFit RVA began in 2007, specializing in high-intensity group exercise classes incorporating weightlifting and basic gymnastics.
We found over the years that there was a need for classes that didn’t include the heavy lifting and gymnastics movements, but also provide members a challenging workout with qualified instructors. Unlike many boot camp programs in the area, RVAFit is primarily indoors, and class sizes are kept small.
