Richmond Limo was started for one reason, and one reason only: to give the people of the River City the best damn limousine rental experience they have ever had. John O.

Business Owner

John was born in Richmond and has lived here all his life. He is a graduate of JR Tucker High School in Henrico and attended University of Richmond. He started a DJ business in 2004 and quickly grew into one of the most popular Wedding DJ companies in Central VA. In 2009, John became interested in working with Richmond Limousine and cross marketing the two companies. Shortly after He purchased Richmond Limousine and has since grown it from a small company with just one car to one of the largest Chauffeured Transportation providers in the area.

My husband and I (June 6,2015) (prom) were absolutely delighted with your Williamsburg Limo services from the beginning, this was our first time ever using this type of services and we LOVED IT! we lived in North Carolina, so we were so impressed… The Chauffeur, Mr. Hennessy make us feel comfortable and safe with our kids, he was wonderful, He was at the house 15 minutes early, He was excellent driver to the kids, courteous, and interesting to talk to and about «the Car» so elegant and classy for the occasion we rent an Executive sedan for 2 person, beautiful car… I will definitely recommend your company to any person looking for a upscale experience for your kids or any occasion. Their little bus is fantastic. It has the nicest interior. It exceeded all expectations. It has hardwood floors, very nice black leather seats, color changing lights, a great sound system and a large flat screen tv. It is great for a night out if you have the lights going or you can turn them off for a more corporate experience. It has overhead luggage and a rear luggage area if you are going on any long trips.

I called Richmond Limousine on really short notice with a very difficult request. They worked their butts off to accommodate me, and when it turned out that their drivers weren’t going to be available in the time frame I needed, they instead referred me to another company who could provide the same service on short notice. I had been struggling with and panicking about this for about an hour straight at this point, so to have these people be so helpful even when I wouldn’t be able to use them that day was amazing. I intend to utilize them for any of my other travel needs in the area. Thanks again guys!

Love this place! The owner is awesome. Will definitely book a limo here next time I visit family in VA again. We flew up there from Charlotte to visit my aunt who’s been dealing with some health issues. She wasn’t able to drive on her medication so we booked a ride to her house thru Richmond Limo, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I take a lot of limo rides since I’ve been traveling for my business a good deal lately. This is one of the best companies I’ve ever encountered. The whole experience, from the phone call to the drop-off was excellent. Highly recommend it!

On July 3, I reserved a limo for six for August 16. The week before the 16^th, I re-confirmed and noted that air conditioning was important. On the 16^th, the driver arrived early, which was fine, but what we got is not what we expected — the limo was cramped, hot, and missing a seat belt (at least we could never find it for the duration of the ugly ride), so one of us six had to ride without a seat belt on 64 from the west end to downtown. Our service charges included bottled water on ice — warm — which we never requested. All I requested was air conditioning so that we wouldn’t be gross and sweaty to start an evening of celebration at a restaurant.
$ 222 one way. Never again.

Not worth the money… We used the pink limo for my daughters birthday to take her frineds to dinner and icecream, and though the information stated the limo held 8 people, it was too crowded with 7 eleven year olds and one adult. The lack of amenities, which consisted of 4 cokes and 3 waters, was a disappointment. There were buttons for moonroof, privacy panel, and intercom, but there was no moonroof, privacy panel or intercom. Also, the AC and lights kept cutting off for no reason, and when I asked the driver about it, he snapped at me like I was a child and acussed me of hitting all the buttons simultaneously. He also took us to the wrong location so we missed our reservation, and ended up having to wait an extra 30 minutes for another table. That took time away from our 3-hour rental, but no apology was given. The driver also spoiled the surprise of heading for icecream after dinner when he explained that he went to the icecream place first accidentally. Of course, when we arrived at the icecream place after dinner and there way a line, he said waiting would take us over our time allotment, even though it was his fault we lost over 30 minutes by missing our reservation. Maybe some of their other cars are better, but don’t waste your money on the novelty of the pink limo!
