It’s a shame in today’s time that you try to get quality work. I had carpet and padding installed in my home. My sales rep Jason, is very hard to get in contact with and I never saw the padding quality but as I found out the padding was truly a contractor grade, the installation crew was late, one installer had his kid with him. I asked the sales rep about the squeaking subfloor and he said he would get them to take care of it. Needless to say they still squeak. I contacted the sales rep, nothing. When I contacted the office nothing. Stay away or you will waste a couple thousand dollars and feel like you got robbed. Customer service is awful with this company.
