After reading the previous reviews I was skeptical of going. However, I decided to take a chance. First they have changed the name to Alpha and Omega Spa. My massage therapist was Sabrina. She did a very good job. I purchased the VIP package which provides a Swedish massage and table shower. Overall, a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this place and Sabrina.

I bought a Groupon for two massages. I called to schedule the appointments and was surprised that it was not a business phone, but a personal cell phone, but even with that red flag decided to make an appointment. When we got there I noticed the front door was wide open even though it was a somewhat humid day. There did not appear to be any air conditioning running, but admittedly it wasn’t uncomfortable inside. Once inside I noticed a strong incense smell and loud music that was cutting in and out. Checked in and showed my Groupon so it could be marked paid. Then came the wait. We were immediately told one of the massage therapists was running late and wanted to know if one of us wanted to get started. We declined stating we wanted to make sure we were both done at the same time. 30 minutes later was told that it would be another 25 minutes or more before we would get started. At this point we had decided this place was too «shady» to stay, but I knew I could not get a refund. They offered us two gift certificates to come at another time, I knew we wouldn’t use those but we took them anyway and left.
Once home and after reading another Unilocal review we decided to research and confirmed that in fact the owner and an employee were arrested for prostitution. I contacted Groupon and let them know what occurred and they were gracious enough to give me an account credit… but certainly this was a lesson learned and I will only be using reputable and well know establishments for massages…
If you are considering this place. Reconsider.

It’s hard to find a decent place anymore and I think I need to keep looking. I did a walk in and they got me right in which I was happy. I paid for the $ 130 Vip package which said was to include a 60 minute massage, a 30 minute body scrub with salts and a molasses mix, and fruit and wine. Seemed like a decent deal.
The 60 minute massage with cici was pretty good except for it was only 30 minutes and only touched the back. When she said it was done, I made the comment of that was quick, I knew it wasn’t an hour. She said time flies when you are relaxed. No, time flew because it was only for 30 minutes, not 60. I looked.
I then go back for my body scrub and after waiting 10 minutes for the person to come in, she then precedes to just wash me down with liquid soap. That’s it. Not salts, no molasses mix or whatever the goop was. That was 20 minutes.
I then get dressed and am leaving and I get these awkward looks because they are expecting a tip, which I reluctantly give to each person. I felt robbed leaving there, not relaxed.

The last time I wrote a review for a place I didn’t like it got taken down, so hopefully I can contain my disappointment enough to convey to others the reality of this place. Starting from the beginning, I bought a Unilocal Deal as the two reviews were good and I assumed it was a new place. I was really interested in Infrared Sauna, and this place has one. I called to schedule the appointment, told the lady on the other end that I had a Unilocal Deal, and that was that.
I showed up for the appointment and immediately red flags were everywhere. Approaching the door was a strong smell of cigarettes as if someone had just been smoking there. Upon entering, I noticed there were indeed cigarettes on the counter. Now I don’t care what you do on your own time but a spa that smells like cigarette smoke is not my idea of a place for wellness or relaxation.
Then the lady at the desk realizes she has no idea how to claim a Unilocal Deal so she gets in touch with the owner, who apparently didn’t even know she’d gotten in on this. While they’re figuring out what to do, I’m noticing that the baseboards are filthy, there are smudges on the walls, and whomever was sweeping the floor when I arrived just left a pile of dirt in the middle of the room. There were two types of music clashing which was unsettling. I told them I’d handle it with Unilocal,and I just wanted to get out of there.
Things got interesting because the owner then offered to give me a free 1 hour massage anyway. Alright I’m thinking, this will be interesting. Always up for an adventure I decided to see what would happen next so that I’d at least have a good story to tell. The massage table setup was not quite what I’ve experienced before. No cover on the headrest. The sheet didn’t fit the table. They handed me a towel and a sheet but didn’t set it up on the table for me. The room was cold and the music was loud. Red flags everywhere but I was so curious at this point I had to keep going.
I got on the table, covered the headrest with the towel, the massage therapist enters without knocking, I ask her to turn down the music and she turned it so low I couldn’t hear it. She leaves the room and comes back a few times, and the last time she left the room, she also left the freakin door open! At this point I jumped off the table, wrapped up in the sheet, and yelled to them that you should NEVER leave the door open when someone is on the table. I got dressed and ran out as fast as I could.
I should have done a bit more research before going in, but having no context for bad spas I didn’t know this was even possible… found an article online about the owner being arrested for prostitution. Eek!

Great place. Very professional, relaxing, friendly atmosphere. Massage was the best. Cee Cee was very thorough. Showed up without an appt, and they were able to get me right in.

The girls there were so sweet and friendly, they made my spa day the best with the table shower and sauna and I will definitely be going back.
