Dr. Lipstock has served Richmond’s vision care needs since 1986 and he was the first ophthalmologist in Virginia to perform LASIK. He personally meets and cares for every patient through the entire surgical process.

Dr. Lipstock has over 15 years of experience as a refractive surgeon. He has performed over 15,000 vision correction procedures and is skilled in alternative vision correction technologies such as PRK, Cataract surgery and Intraocular Implant (IOL) procedures.
Dr. Lipstock was the first ophthalmologist in the region to perform LASIK in Virginia in 1995 and Lipstock LASIK & Cataract Center was the first center to bring blade-free custom LASIK to the area in 2005.
Dr. Lipstock has performed LASIK on his wife, two of his children, and several employees of Lipstock LASIK & Cataract Center.
