Ledo Pizza

The best menu option is the ravioli. It’s really good. I’ve had the pizza in the past, but I’m not really a fan of the square pizza unless it’s deep dish.

My pizza was burned. When I called to complain, they told me the cook said it was done to perfection. How are black tomatoes & hard cheese perfection? I asked for the manager & was told the cook was the manager. Smh. I will never order from there again.

I’m OK with the food, but the service and dining room quality at the Willow Lawn location have gone downhill severely. I used to enjoy coming here, but the service has gotten very sloppy and unprofessional, the cushioned booth seats are ripped up, the tabletops have big gashes in them, and the room smells of industrial chemicals. As far as the food goes, I enjoy the salads, and the pizza is greasy but decent tasting if you like very thin crust and sweeter sauce. The menu is extensive, and kids with blander palates will enjoy it. I’d give it 3 stars for food and 1 star for service and room quality. Unless and until the manager invests in some major improvements, I’d recommend the Short Pump location if you need to get your Ledo’s on.

Ordered pizza for national pizza day! This was my first experience with Ledo’s square pizza and it was delicious. I ordered the Italian White and a side Caesar salad. Both were great.
Delivery time said it would take between 45 – 60 mins but I received my order in less than 30 mins. I will defintely be ordering from here again!

This place has awesome pizza. We try to get over here when we can. Let me say the customer service is awesome. Professional but makes you feel like a person. I would definitely recommend this ledos for a good meal. Reasonable prices good service and very friendly in general! Keep it up ledos!

This was a disappointment. The pizza is so greasy it soaked through the box and got onto the car seats and floorboard in the time it took to drive the 2 mi back to my house. Please see the picture.

Here I met one of the best servers and happiest. Young African American full of energy at the end of her shift 20 mins before closing. She was very welcoming just what I needed after so many hours of driving and this been my first ledos pizza. Keep it up !!!

I heard a lot about ledo pizza in maryland so went Check it out went the one in willow lawn shopping center from the moment I walked in there very nice staff there the manager was very kind to us an the food was great too will definitely be back

First visit in awhile and the food and service have improved since the last visit. Our salads were fresh and warm bacon dressing was very good. Our pizza was cooked to order and was better than before. The service was excellent and we will be back.

I grew up with Ledo Pizza in Maryland and was excited to find it here in Richmond. Their pizza is one of my favorite thin crust pizzas. It’s good cold the next day too! The staff were friendly and service was quick, but there were not a lot of people. The reason to come here is the pizza. I give it a four star only because the breadsticks we got were a little bland.
I’m looking forward to many more trips to Ledo Pizza.

Ledo’s pizza is quite good, and the coupons make it even better.
I’ve tried a ton of pizza places here in Richmond, and each one has its own individual character to it. Ledo’s falls somewhere between being a chain place and a local place, and its interior is attractive. It’s empty all the time though, which makes you wonder what other people think about the place.
The food is surprisingly good, and honestly, where else can you go to get a square pizza? The portions are sizable, though I would still advise coming with a coupon (which they email all the time, sign up for their emails) to make it a better deal for you (it’s usually ‘buy a large pizza, get a small free’). They have a decent beer selection so long as you don’t mind the typical fare. Service is unremarkable, though I wouldn’t say I’ve had any bad experiences in the four or five times I’ve been here.
I would say that if you want good pizza at a reasonable price (with your coupon, of course), this is a solid choice to go to. It may not be the best in Richmond, though it is consistent, and consistency is a rare thing in our modern world.

Food is awesome. Pizza is great and uniquely squared. The spaghetti deluxe taste good and fills you up. Servers are very friendly.

Um. I like their pizza, but as far as the entrees go — it kind of sucked. I had the fettucine and it was way too juicy. and messy.and oily. And they give you this enourmous plate of it. It was pretty gross. Plus the menus and stuff are always situated in front of the TV. and you cant put it anywhere else on the table because the table is already so small…

I went to Ledo’s for dinner on a Friday night with my sister. The restaurant was busy because of an event. I ordered the «Spring Chicken» pizza (garlic herb aioli, basil, chicken, & cheese). Ledo’s pizza is square and thin crust unlike most pizza restaurants in the area. The aioli, chicken, and cheese blended well together. My pizza was good but nothing over the top. Our waiter was attentive. The manager was very professional and polite. He came over to the table and made sure everything was alright. I always appreciate excellent customer service from the manager. This Ledo’s is located at the Shops at Willow Lawn. There’s plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. Ledo’s is a good choice for thin crust pizza. I give Ledo’s a 3.5 rating on my first visit.

This was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It’s really hard to screw up pizza, but Ledo’s did. Honestly, do yourself a favor and get a $ 5 Little Caesars or splurge and pay $ 10 for Papa John’s, you’ll thank yourself. The Ledo’s pizza had absolutely no flavor of any kind: thin, spongy crust, watery sauce, and the toppings: tomatoes, black olives, etc., all had absolutely no flavor. I don’t know if they were old or out of a can or what. Black olives usually have a distinct flavor, but you could take a whole forkful of these and put them in your mouth, and… nothing. There could not have been any spices used in the sauce, no taste of oregano, garlic, even pepper, anything. It was just flavorless mush. Gross.
At least the waitress was friendly, and the «food» wasn’t very expensive. I wouldn’t eat here again.

I went to Ledo’s for the first time this week and really liked it! My fiancé and I walked in and placed a carry-​out order, so I don’t know much about the atmosphere or dining-​in experience. Because we had never been there before and didn’t know exactly what we wanted, we asked the employee many questions about the menu. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We were then shocked to learn it was her first day on the job!
I got the stromboli and my fiancé created his own calzone. We both were extremely happy with our choices! I was SO FULL by the time I finished my meal — great portion sizes! I was so glad I asked for extra sauce because their Ledo’s sauce is just delicious. They also sell jars of it which is very tempting. Hopefully we’ll be back, even though we don’t live on this side of town!

Ledo is a great dinner spot if you want a quiet place to talk with a friend. I tried 3 of their items and they were great. 1) Italian White Pizza, 2) Chicken Broccolli Fettuccini alfredo, and 3) Shrimp Fettuccini Parmesan. Althought I did’nt expect the food to come out from top of the line, they were all cooked very well and fresh hot. The service was attentive. The price is decent. $ 8 for a pasta dish. 4-​Star as a joint.

Distinctive pizza, the generous portions and low price. Great for families and groups. Great service.

I grew up on Ledo’s so maybe that’s why I was not surprised by the pizza. It’s a rectangular pizza with thin crust and the pieces are cut into small squares. The wings at Ledo’s are pretty legendary. I’ve had them here and they are the classic buffalo wings served with sauce (obvs you get blue cheese) and celery. The service was attentive and kind. They offered us the remote to change the channel at the personal TV we had in the booth. It didn’t seem dirty to me. The bathroom seemed clean as well. I personally like that the pepperoni is super thick and every slice of pizza gets one. It’s a super cheap, fast meal. One fourteen inch pizza, a bud, and six wings were about 25 dollars.

Was actually EXCITED when we walked in, the ONE time I don’t check with Unilocal before I walk into a restaurant, I end up with shitty food… LITERALLY!!!
My hunny and I ordered the fried shrimp appetizer, it sounded yummy and tasted pretty good. So I’m on the first bite of my third shrimp and I look down to realize it has NOT been deveined, aka, there’s a line of shrimp POOP still on the shrimp that they must have figured no one would see since its breaded and fried anyway!
I was so disgusted that we asked for our check. I’m absolutely disgusted and will NEVER EVER EVER eat here again! The waitress tried to blame it in the food supplier, saying «Those are already breaded when we get them!» Well bimbo, congrats… you just let me know that your kitchen is too lazy to bread shrimp AND your owner is too cheap to not buy SHITTY food.

Ledos is a great lunch spot, i stopped by here for a grilled chipotle chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. It was good, but I hated that the chicken was a big slab of chicken. I prefer my grilled chicken chopped up or shredded. I just hate how grilled chicken slips and slides all over bread. So, i grabbed a knife and cut it like I like and it was delicious from that moment on.
Our server was okay, not good or bad, just okay.
The food always is good in here, ive never been disapointed at Ledos.

By far the worst pizza join I have ever been to.
The floors are nasty and the TV’s at each table have dust and pizza sauce all over them.
I actually watched a waiter take croutons off of someone plate before giving to them!
The cheese sticks we order were the ones you can buy from Walmart.
We went here even though we saw the bad reviews because we got a coupon from them for a free pizza. The coupon did not say the size. Asked the waiter about it and he didn’t know and just said I guess it is a small. So we said fine and ordered. We ordered half cheese and half pepperoni.
After about 15 minutes we get the pizza and it was the worst thing I have ever seen (I attached a picture to this review). The pizza is a paper thin rectangle that they cut unevenly! The half cheese part was literally a 1 inch width of the pizza whereas the pep side was like 5inches!!!
The pizza tasted worse than what you can get anywhere including Chuck E Cheese! The pepperoni were not bad but again tasted like the ones from Walmart.
Also our waiter cared more about talking to one his friends that showed up than helping us.
Lastly ALL of the bad reviews are 100% correct, especially the one about «Massive Amounts of Painful Diarrhea.» by Foo D!!! Please find another pizza place to go to! You are better off going to CiCi’s or Little Ceasers, TRUST ME ON THIS!!!
