Attorney James A. Bullard Jr. received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. After graduating, Mr. Bullard went on to practice corporate law at one of the largest law firms in the United States. He then decided to gain trial skills, and became an assistant commonwealth’s attorney. Attorney Bullard is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Richmond Criminal Bar, the Old Dominion Bar Association, and the Henrico County Bar Association. At his Richmond law firm, James A.
