Greenmark Environmental

As I was doing a search on Unilocal this morning I started thinking about great customer service experiences I have had and out of curiosity I typed in Greenmark Environmental and was pleased to see that they popped up!
When I first purchased my home in Greatwood many moons ago it came with an awesome sprinkler system which I loved! However over time it started having problems and eventually I stopped using it altogether. Wanting to address these issues I would call various sprinkler companies around town but never had that sense of security in hoping that I would not be overcharged or taken advantage of so I just let this system sit unrepaired for awhile because I didn’t know anyone I could trust.
Then one day a good friend of mine and I were talking. She is a realtor and she recommended Harrie with Greenmark Environmental. She had high praise for him and his integrity and based upon her referral I decided to give Harrie a call. When I finally met Harrie I found him very personable and the nicest guy you would ever want to know! I just had a wonderful feeling after speaking to him and he gave me a sense of confidence about being able to repair my system and provided an estimate that was more than fair.
When the day of repair came Clayton, Harrie’s son came out and spent a great deal of time assessing the issue, educating me about what needed to be done and did all the work on his own. He spent a great deal of time at my home and to this day I have not seen anyone work as hard as this young man. He was very thorough in replacing all the solenoids that controlled all my 4 zones… troubleshot all my sprinkler head issues and replaced all the defective ones and calibrated everything perfectly! And on top of that he replaced my controller with a state of the art Hunter which I love! And all this with an amazing attitude and wonderful manners!
In all my years of dealing with house related issues I have never had this level of customer service experience!
Even after this wonderful experience I called Greenmark again to fix a sprinkler system on one of my investment properties and Harrie himself came out with a young man he was training and Harrie and this young man spent a long time addressing all my issues and it was refreshing seeing Harrie mentor this employee. I can say wholeheartedly that if you are looking for a sprinkler company for your business or residence you won’t find a more honest and trustworthy firm than Greenmark Environmental! In my experiences with them I have always been satisfied and they have always gone above and beyond my expectations!
I’m glad to see they are on Unilocal and I hope when others are looking for a great sprinkler repair company you consider Greenmark Environmental. I guarantee you will be happy with the results!
