Glen Allen Towing

Worst towing company, the people are extremely rude over the phone. I was hung up on twice and then after speaking to someone she even hung up on my face. Also after trying to get my car released to my insurances towing company they wouldn’t let me because my fathers name was on the registration (my father lives in California) so they told me he would have to call to release the vehicle but once he called they told him he would have to be present to get it! What?! My father is on the other side of the country?! Then told him he would have to get all this different paperwork to send out but initially when I called they never asked for any of that information. Terrible communication and rude service.

Call Glen Allen towing if you want to be left on the side of the road for hours that turn into days. My insurance company contacted them to tow my vehicle at 4pm. Got a call at 6pm stating they would not make it. They would arrive at 9am the next morning. No show again. Called them directly and was told they would arrive by 1:30pm. Called at 12:30 to verify they would still be coming and was told I was third in line. Got text from insurance company that new tow was ordered and they would arrive by 4pm. GA Towing should have informed us this morning that they would not be able to perform the service. Dispatcher even admitted that I was 25^th in line this morning!!! They were less than sympathetic to my plight even after I explained that I was stuck home with three small children and no running vehicle. Not a safe scenario! Clearly they do not put families first! There was no way they were going to be able to perform the service promised. I will never utilize their services or recommend them to anyone.
