Excellent food truck! I hired fry dat for my daughters first birthday. Monique was super helpful & friendly. She made everything very easy for me, which I appreciated.
For our menu we did the chicken & waffles, nachos & snow cones & also had the deep fried brownie bites. Everything was great & was a big hit with the crowd.
The only real downside was that it took longer than I expected for the food to be prepared. Since it was our first time having a food truck cater an event, we really didn’t know what to expect. Next time, I’ll probably just pick one main dish so that it won’t take as much time. Seriously though, the chicken & waffles made up for the wait. I would hire them for an event again in a heart beat!

Let me start with that I love food trucks and stop by one any chance I get. I ordered the Fried Chicken and Waffles $ 8.65. So when I got home I opened my to-​go box and saw my order but it didn’t look like the picture they had. It was just 1 small waffle cut in half and 5 fried chicken wings and a container with syrup. Thinking I was going to be disappointed, I still ate my food. So let me tell you, «NO disappoint here». The waffle was soo good, best waffle I have ever tasted. I was going to order their funnel cake but glad I didn’t bc my waffle tasted like a funnel cake. Yum! My wings were fried to perfection, not burnt but crispy. Dislikes: portion sizing should match their prices and food should look like what they are advertising. Would have given 4.5stars if available to do.

This place is pretty good, I had the Hot Wings and Fries. I liked the crispness of the wings and they weren’t too spicy and not to plain either. Even though i feel that the prices are a little high, I would most defiantly be a returning customer. Great customer service!

First time trying this place I got the Fried Catfish and Dirty Rice and it did not disappoint. The batter on the fish was lite but seasoned just right and the dirty rice was good as well. I can’t wait to go back and try something else.
