Great tasting food that’s actually good for you! We bake our pitas fresh daily and stuff them with fresh, delicious, unprocessed food. We use extra virgin olive oil, ancient sea salt from Utah, and fresh local ingredients in season. Most everything can be made VEGAN or Gluten-​Free! Family owned and operated.

History

Established in 2010.

Fresca is owned and operated by Jenna Sneed and her father Jimmy. Jenna has been vegan for 10 years and Jimmy has owned restaurants for 30 years. Together with Jenna’s mom, Stacey, this team works hard to bring you the freshest, healthiest, and most flavorful vegetarian food.
