Fort Bend Toyota Collision Center

got hit and run on my new 2015 highlander. Allstate recommended this Fort Bend Toyota collision center. they fixed the damage but service was not what you would have expected.
collision center was NOT responsive on updating me ahead instead they would only call back if I called to check on the status and left VM than I get the call back NOT the same day, next day. BUT here is my main issue, when my car was fixed I did not received call and next day when I called the guy told me it’s ready you could have picked it up yesterday and when I got my car that late evening everything seem ok but next morning when I checked my car had RUSTY MARKS all over it and they DID NOT DETIAL IT, find it dirty inside. at this point you don’t want to know how I felt since this car was only driven 500 mil so I took the car back same morning and the guy told me its nothing to worry about its Rail dust which gets on car when cars get transported by Rail. he than took me to his service area manger and he said the same thing and explain that they would need to clay bar my car and give me a rental car and told me that it should be done by end of the day but it got done the next day No big deal. BUT I STILL see some of the RUSTY marks on roof top.
I definitely have lost the feeling of A NEW CAR. :-(:-(

If you don’t need a car for 2 months, take it here. I still have not gotten my car back, and when I email or call the person who is supposed to be handling the insurance claimed vehicles, he returns my calls MAYBE half the time. I’ve been extremely patient, and I only call after 1 – 2 weeks of not hearing from them with any updates (after being told I would get a call). Hopefully, the work is ok since they’ve had my car for so long! Just based on the amount of time it takes to do repairs and their communication with me, I wouldn’t bring my vehicle here again.

Our vehicle was side swiped and our insurance recommended this collision center. Worst experience I have ever had with an auto body shop ever! I had to bring the vehicle back three different times for problems that I pointed out to the shop. When I first picked up the car I noticed that there was no windshield wiper fluid in the reservoir so I filled it myself, within 20 minutes it was empty. The reservoir is on the passenger side of the vehicle where my car was hit. The second issue was that the car had white spots all over it, the alignment was off and the the tires were not balanced. I brought the vehicle back and pointed out every problem. After two days they called and said my vehicle was ready, after I picked it up I was happy with the alignment and balancing of the tires but the reservoir was still empty and there were still white spots all over the vehicle. Again, I filled the reservoir and it was empty within 20 minutes, they had done nothing to address the issue. Once again I brought the vehicle back for two of the same issues I had just dropped it off for. The next day the vehicle was again ready, picked it up and all the white spots were gone and the car was detailed and very clean but they still had not fixed the reservoir, finally the third time they ordered a new one and replaced it. This body shop has ZERO attention to detail.

What a terrible dealership somebody hit me so I wanted to bring my car in to get an estimate and give them my business some guy named Irving or Erwin can’t remember. But the point of the story is he he told me I need to do certain things, that I can’t just bring my car in for an estimate, and I complied called him back to set up an appointment left a voicemail never called me back what great customer service they have. I’m now taking my vehicle to Don McGill Toyota
