I have to disagree with the past reviews. I came to this store on a Saturday afternoon and the customer service was pretty bad. No one greeted my partner and I as we came in. We had questions about sizes but again no associate seemed interested in assisting us even though we were one of maybe 3 – 4 groups who were in the store. After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to come open the fitting rooms from whatever they were inexplicably doing — we left the store. I will not be back and would certainly not recommend others to visit this location. You’re better off ordering online.

A friend was visiting me and we were going to an event together in Short Pump. A couple hours before we were supposed to leave he realized he forgot to bring a nice dress shirt. I suggested we should purchase one on the way there, but he was concerned about it having creases from the way dress shirts are folded for display. I called Express and asked if they had a steamer to un-​crease a dress shirt if we purchased it there. They said they did and to let them know when we got there so they could turn the steamer on. It was mid-​December so they were packed with customers. Despite how swamped they were, they made us feel special and important. The dressing room associate helped my friend pick a shirt that fit him well, and after we purchased it another associate steamed it really nicely for us. It looked great!

This store always has The Best customer service! They make sure you get the best deals with coupons and are very helpful with finding items! They go the extra mile for the customer which is a rare thing to see these days! Very impressed!

I usually come to Express for dress clothes. This Express is located on the 2nd floor at Short Pump Mall. Express has a good selection of men’s dress shirts and ties. You will find some unique shirt/​tie combinations. The men’s clothing section is smaller than the women’s sections. Occasionally, you will find some good sales. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Express is a good choice for quality men’s dress clothes.

There are not a lot of styles of clothes I can say I really like. Mens clothes have vanished. Express has great style, but the quality has gone down.
