Office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Matthew not only hangs up on patients but is condescending in his correspondence. If you are seeking a medical facility that truly cares about you and your health I advise you look elsewhere.
I can not personally speak about Dr. Baggesen — and his interaction with patients — since my experience with the office staff was so unattractive and off-​putting that I had no other choice but to take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Baggesen is an absolutely incredible private physician with a state of the art practice. If you are interested in a truly 5-​star medical experience and the very latest in preventive care, his program is well worth the investment.
