Our family LOVES Enchilada Way! Authentic, delicious food with super service. The owners are always around, constantly checking to make sure everyone is happy. The flautas and the street tacos are our faves. And if you like lots of spice, ask for the green salsa when your chips come– it’s the best! Keep up the outstanding food and service!

The food was pretty decent. High quality beef. But too expensive for what you get. Spent $ 60 for two entrees and two beers. I would go find a hole in a wall Mexican diner for half the price than come here again… left still hungry but didn’t wanna waste money on such small portions. $ 18 for three little tacos… the $ 1 grillers at Taco Bell are bigger than the ones they serve with the«three brother» entrée.

Can I just say… The margaritas are FANTASTIC. Extremely friendly ownership and wait staff. The food is great too. I recommend the shrimp chipotle enchiladas!

One of the few Mexican restaurants that doesn’t taste the same as every other Mexican restaurant in town. The enchiladas are delicate and delicious. Good micheladas. Yummy chips and salsa. Fantastic street tacos.

Service was amazing. Had the cheese enchiladas… crack is the one word that comes to mind. My husband inhaled his chicken blanco enchiladas & the queso is definitely inhalable too! Our ritas were big & awesome! Totally making this place a regular!

I don’t know how anyone could give this place less than 5 stars. We wandered in here on a whim after an exciting tour of Gallery Furniture and I’m so glad we did. My husband ordered the beef nachos, I had fish tacos, and our daughters had chicken tenders and a taco. We also got a margarita Chips and salsa were complimentary. Everything was so delicious! The chips are lightly fried and thick. The salsa was pleasantly spicy. The margarita was the right amount of sweet. The fish tacos were huge — I could only finish one — but absolutely perfect. I didn’t try the nachos bc they had beans but my husband loved them. The girls loved their food too. Kids eat free on Mondays so we will definitely be back. Kids meals come with ice cream too. Nice bonus. Really enjoyed this place. Will definitely be back.

Good Tex Mex Enchiladas… One of sixteen different enchilada options… The service was really good. Great success story on the owner. Came here and worked in a variety of restaurants with a dream of having her own place one day… She did it and provides a great atmosphere to enjoy good food.

Awesome combo fajita and shrimp enchiladas! The wife and I loved how authentic the food was, everything is made in-house! The service is what puts this place over the top! Definitely my go-to place for Texmex from now on!

Stopped in for a quick bite since it was next to palladium — convenience. Service was very fast — ordered and food came out within 10 minutes. Probably the fastest dining experience I’ve had.

Great little place to visit! The staff is very friendly, awesome ambiance and décor. Its rustic meets modern, with a relaxed feel, great for a date night out. Pretty decent Mexican food, probably the only other place in Richmond I liked, because a lot of other places in Richmond don’t really serve authentic Mexican food. Definitely worth a try, I recommend the chicken and cheese enchilada plate. This place is right by the Palladium, so you can make it dinner and a movie within a mile of each other, cant beat that!

1st time here was yesterday actually and the food was so good(had buffalo chicken enchiladas) I had to come back today to try more. Going for the Meatball enchiladas today. Margaritas are awesome also. Recommend this place to all!!!

This place should honestly be called Fajita Way because their fajitas(in my opinion) are WAY better than their enchiladas. I’ve been there three times now and the first two times I had enchiladas and wasn’t too impressed. My husband begged me to go back for their Wednesday fajita special and it turned out to be a good thing because they were very tasty! For $ 20 you get a pound of chicken or mixed fajitas, tortillas and each person gets their own beans, rice and fixings. This is what I would go back for again.

Poor presentation, food and staff, since we were stopping at several places no need for take outs to burn in the car so I ordered individual sides, a side of guac $ 9.99 until I questioned what a side would really cost the staff person kept returning 3 times with a different price, he settled on a $ 1.75, notice the size, normally I don’t have to negotiate $ at a restaurant. Japs are not my kind of pepper and I did not like them in the guac, the rice and enchilada was bland, guess it was a kid’s meal but I paid more than that, this culinary adventure won’t be repeated.

I love Enchilada Way’s salsa. Seriously I could eat it with a spoon. It’s warm snd smooth with a nice spice. My husband thought it was good too… but I loved it. Appetizer was Shrimp Pacifico. The flavor was really good but they cooked the shrimp too long and the bacon was salty. Entrees were shrimp enchiladas for the husband and chefs chili and cheese enchiladas. Both were excellent! Service was good too. We will be back.

Super clean and the service was good. Chips, salsa and queso were all really good. Fajitas were dry as was the tortilla. Tried 2 different enchilada dishes. Both were just ok. Nothing I would order again. Especially with Lupe Tortillas a few min away. Enchilada dishes were warm — not hot.

We came here after checking out the new Gallery Furniture since it had decent reviews. I would say that this is average tex-mex, but the service is what killed the review. The waiter forgot one of our meals and didn’t even think twice when he asked«do you need anything else» while someone was sitting there without food. The manager was talking to a table next to us when my iced tea spilled and I didn’t see a refill for the rest of our stay. I was surprised that she didn’t get one herself, and even more amazed when we didn’t see our waiter again until he came over with the check. We sat there with empty plates and glasses for much longer than we should have, while a huddle of waiters stood watching at the bar, and our waiter flirted with a young lady at the bar that had walked in recently. We probably won’t be back here… especially with a new, yummy pizza joint as an option next door.

We were at Gallery Furniture and saw this place across the parking lot. We decided to give it a shot and it was a pleasant surprise. The fajitas were moderately priced for lunch at $ 10.99 for the mixed ones. The flautas were even less. But the food was very flavorful. I wasn’t a fan of the rice, but the charro beans were out of this world. I wish they had home made tortillas(if they did I couldn’t tell) but the fajitas were still great. I definitely plan to be back. It’s hard to find reasonably priced food that’s good these days. And this place does that.

The Food: My son is pretty picky about fajitas but he really enjoyed the combo fajitas here. The salsa was also a nice treat — very flavorful I ordered the cheese enchiladas which is my go to place for new places. I shared with my son(he was super hungry) and we both enjoyed them! I’m looking forward to trying their other dishes. The Service: Service was great from the moment we walked in. Karina was attentive, nice, approachable, and always checked up on us. The music they had playing was a nice touch No complaints here! Thanks for another Mexican food place close to home!

Very good and fast! Convenient location! Dinner before a movie was what we came try it for. The only negative was that the flour tortillas were not homemade, they are store bought which is why I took off a star. The wait staff is very pleasant and the dining space is a little small but I have a beef and cheese enchilada with black beans and rice. It was super deelish! We will be back!
