The staff here rocks! They may run out of bagels every once in a while because, well, they have regulars who are committed to coming here because of — the staff. The want to get to know you and serve you. You could go right next store — yup — right next store — to Starbucks — but you won’t want to because after two or three times, the staff here will know your name AND you will get fresh bagels and AMAZING coffee. I suggest the hazelnut. I never liked hazelnut until I tried Einstein Bros hazelnut coffee and now I’m addicted!

I do like this place because the food is good and the coffee is great. However, the staff is very «hit or miss,» in my opinion. I’ll have someone explain the menu in great detail and help me decide what id like to order but then I’ll go down to the next cashier to pay and she will be very rude. I do not expect everyone to be overly friendly but I expect kind professionalism at the least. Also, they serve their fountain drinks in Einstein’s cups with Popeyes lids… what’s up with that? Great lunch options, though. I’m never disappointed with their fresh bagels and amount of meat/​cheese/​veggies on the lunch sandwiches.

I don’t normally post reviews for chain places, but this is an exception. I just moved from out of town and had been having a crazy craving for a bagel with lox and have hit the jackpot here! I went every morning for a week just to get the same thing. Nova lox everything bagel with no capers and the guys who helped me every day were so pleasant! It is so delicious (and unfortunately I’ve wasted a lot of money here) so 6 bucks on Monday for a bakers dozen of bagels with salmon schmear is gonna have to work from now on!

Dude kicked a basket of bagels to point out which ones he was talking about, which tells me that there are open containers near dirty feet, and a dirty floor. Dude, please stop kicking the food. That’s just gross.
Otherwise always great help, food here is quick and reasonably plentiful, serving sizes could definitely be larger for how much you’re asking.

Don’t get to eat here very often due to their early closing hours but when I do, never disappointed. Today my husband and I were lounging around the house and had a taste for a good bagley sandwich. Remembered Einsteins and was not disappointed. He got the turkey sausage and I got the bacon. The bagels were fresh and the overall sandwich was flavorful. Will definitely be back!

We made an irregular visit here. The rating has gone up a bit on account of improvements during this visit on the Carmel Latte and the consistency of my wife’s favorite sandwich and their yogurt with fruits and granola, which was good. However, in spite of new dispensers, their hazelnut coffee still doesn’t quite make the grade in comparison to other Einstein’s or Panera. The burnt taste was absent, but the lack of other flavor continued to be a problem with this coffee.
