We specialize in plumbing repair, maintenance, bathroom remodels, sewer and drain cleanings, moisture control, and tile repair and installation. Our remodeling division does demolition of floors and walls, replacement of such, and beautiful tile work. We also have professional electricians and painters on call.

History

Established in 1932.

This business was started by my grandfather in 1932. Quickly turning a one man business into a twenty man commercial company. After many years the company was downsized due mainly to economic climate. The need was seen for an honest viable repair service and so you see the business formation we have today. My grandfather and my father lived by the ideal of giving the best job possible while maintaining a fair price, i also stand behind this premise.

At an early age i was thrust into the plumbing business because it had become a family tradition. I worked for my father for many years until he retired. I have taken leave from the company several times to expand my knowledge of plumbing and other applicable skill sets. I managed the Virginia dominion water heater warranted program for two yrs came back to Bittner plumbing for seven years then left again for Mexico where I was a petrol chemical technical engineer. I returned again married had two children and opened the bathroom remolding phase of my company.
