Established in 2006.

I am Deb, a women owned and operated business, who is a US American citizen who speaks English. I have lived in the Richmond, VA area for more than 35 years. Over that course of time I have watched many good changes in Richmond, and still watching it change and grow! I started driving taxi with a large company about 16 years ago and learned the trade through some good trainers. Decided to start my own company in 2006 and have been on the road traveling since! My longest customer has been riding with my service for 7 years now! I have many repeat and returning customers, they have posted positive reviews through google and many other sites on line!

Deb started in the taxi business 16 years ago. With many years having worked in customer service jobs and lived in the Richmond, VA area, helps my service be the best it can be! I love when I can point out all the different changes that have turned the down town area in to what it is today! VCU College is the best upgrade to the area! Being knowledgeable of the area can get customers to their location in a timely fashion. Even the Richmond International Airport went through some great remodeling and up grades in the past 10 years! It’s a nice small airport and easy to find your way around.

Many people who have come to visit here in Richmond always comment on how pretty and clean our streets are! The vegetation, when in full bloom is so beautiful!

Richmond offers a lot of different activities, from festivals, to bands, 10k runs, and many, many fun advertised events each month all over town. Never a dull moment.

Why advertise that you start work at 4:30 am and 5 hours later your behind is still not at work. Spoke to Deb herself and she came across as rude and honestly a bit of a jerk. I’m def going downstairs to the lobby of the hotel I’m staying at to get one of the «little taxi services» like you recommended to take me to where I need to go. Def seems like she was jaded by previous customers. Not everyone is out to screw your over lady… maybe it’s time that you got into another kind of business

When we decided our daughter would take the Amtrak back to her school near Richmond Erin said, «how am I gonna get from the train to my dorm?» As soon as I spoke to Deb, we all stopped worrying. Deb gave us great tips and assured us she would meet Erin at the pre-​dawn train arrival. Deb even woke our daughter up so Erin wouldn’t miss her scheduled 4:22AM station stop (that was our biggest concern & Deb performed a miracle!) Deb also texted us along the way so we were comfortable our young daughter was being delivered safely. Trusted, safe delivery of our most precious family! We can’t thank you enough Deb!!!

I booked on her website. Deb emailed me to confirm, then called me because I didn’t specify my pickup as a.m. or p.m.
She arrived 10 minutes early and got me where I needed promptly.
She was friendly and drives safely. The van is comfortable.
No surprises about the fare, because it’s metered and the rates are on her website. I’d definitely use her again.

Deb was to my door in 15 minutes to take me to my car repair… spacious tidy Van, timely service with a smile. She will do local routes as well as airport/​train station transfers early morning or late at night. I hear she even does personal tacky light tours! Give her a try!

We’ve been riding with Deb for 5 – 6 years now and every trip has been great. She’s super nice, always on time & goes out of her way for all her customers. She even drove my cell phone 20 minutes back to me once when I left it in her van. The van is great & roomy too. If you need a cab in Richmond, always call Deb!

Deb, on short notice, (2 hours) was able to pick me up while at my daughter’s VCU orientation and take me to Richmond International Airport. Out of the 10 or so listings that came up in a Google /​Yellow Pages search, she was the only one who answered the phone.
