Got an 80 in a 70 on Thanksgiving Day (thanks, Virginia Department of Revenue Generation & Holiday Ruining). This firm was very accessible and knowledgeable, and they straightforwardly explained the process and the possibilities – and got the charge reduced to a defective speedometer violation. Their fee appears to be the best of all the firms I looked into and they were very professional. Highly recommended.

I’m an NC resident just passing through VA and got charged with reckless driving. Christina and team were able to get the charge reduced to a defective speedometer charge and the fine was reduced. She charges a very fair price and was very prompt and concise in her communications. No points on my record, no traffic school required, and I didn’t even have to show up to court. While driving from MD to Richmond I got pulled over and ticketed for speeding. I paid the ticket as I wanted to avoid court. I later received a mailer advertising for Christina and figured for $ 100 I’d welcome the opportunity to avoid points and higher insurance. Plus she mentioned that even though I paid the ticket my charges could still be reduced/​dismissed and I’d be reimbursed what I paid for speeding.

The end result is that I completed driving school, paid the court fees, my case dismissed and I avoided points and increased insurance.
I wish I could say I look forward to working with her again, but I don’t plan on going to Richmond any time soon. However, she comes highly recommended and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again if needed (which I hope not!).

I have to say I was really happy at first to have them defend me against my RD ticket that I got coming back from North Carolina. For the price of $ 225 they were willing to defend my case. First of all the information I was given was completely wrong I was told that I would have to do online classes only! Then if anything about 10 hours of community service. But instead I got 32 hours of community service and had to do online classes with the chances on my license being suspended. The closing letter they sent me said that I could pay my fine online but obviously the court there didn’t take any online payments. I live 3 and a half hours away from where my hearing was. After reaching out to them and explaining my situation the lady who answered my questions was extremely rude on the phone and sounded like she wanted to do nothing with me or answer my questions in a decent manner since they had already been done with my case. They make it sound like they will really take care of it all but then when things go wrong for someone like me they don’t really care what happens. My payment was late because of there closing letter stating that I could pay «online». Since that didn’t happen I reached out to them asking for advice like any person would do after hiring them to fight my case but instead was bombarded by negative remarks about how my license will be suspended regardless of what I had to say or what my situation was. My suggestion to people in my situation hire yourself someone better and pay a little more for the service and the peace of mind you deserve. I was able to reach out to the court clerk and resolve my situation on my own! The lady on the phone just made it sound worst to the extreme in less then 2 min of me talking to her in the phone.

This firm is the best at what they do and they are very reasonable! I just had to go through Virginia to bury my son. On the trip (obviously we were in a hurry!), I was stopped for speeding. The cop was not rude or disrespectful, but he was determined to bring up his quota for ticketing speeders. I received tons of advertisements in the mail when I got home, but I ignored most of them. The one for Christina Pendleton & Associates caught my eye. For a low price, they got my charge reduced in court from speeding with 4 points to a non-​moving violation with no points. I’ve driven through Emporia, VA twice, and both times have fallen to the speed traps in the area (HWY 11… beware!). As has my wife. Being from SC, the two previous times were quite the headache. From the friendly and personal service (countless emails from me), upfront fee discussions, and quick turnaround, she managed to lessen the blow of this ticket. End result? I used Christina Pendleton & Associates for a speeding ticket I received when driving through Virginia. After doing a lot of research and realizing the ramifications of the ticket (⁸⁴⁄₇₀ = misdemeanor reckless driving) I started to look for an attorney. The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and helpful and didn’t use the scare tactics that some of the other attorneys tried to pitch. My court date was on Wednesday and I received my outcome via email yesterday. It was extremely thorough and included all of the pertinent information and next steps. The charge and fine were both decreased and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

With the over the top traffic enforcement throughout VA, you are going to get a ticket if you drive in the state. This organization is the very best on all counts at handling that and evening the odds for you.
The price was better than any of the ones I called on my own. The service was great and thorough. Everything was easy from signing up with them (from several hundred miles away) to getting the court requirements handled and turned in on time. I would use them for anything that came up in the traffic-​totalitarian state.
After getting a speeding ticket, I got a direct mailer from them that had it all laid out. At first I was dubious, then I called around. Other Richmond lawyers were up to 2.5x more and not very helpful. Even getting lined up with the on-​line traffic class was easier and cheaper through them.
