Its cheap food with ok quality. You get what you pay for. Also the clown at the bottom that says it blows up all the time is a complete joke. You must not know the history of Richmond and what does it have to do with the cafeteria. Silly people… Richmond pays majority of the citys tax revenue. BTW im not a Chevron Employee

Food is ok, prices are pretty good Have to work at chevron Mondays and Tuesdays and if I don’t bring enough food I end up coming here for lunch. Also sometimes get a chance to come in the morning and grab some breakfast. Usually try to be healthy when I eat here and just grab a quick soup and salad. They have a salad bar that all looks pretty fresh and has some good options. Their soup changes depending on what day it is but I know the chicken noodle soup is pretty good. They are a little skimpy on the chicken though. When I get soup and salad it costs around $ 5. If I’m here on a Thursday I like to get the grilled chicken sandwich that they have as a special, the fries are good too. If your coming in morning for breakfast the monster breakfast sandwich is the way to go. Has pretty much everything that has to do with breakfast in between a couple peices of thick toast lol. The breakfast burrito is cheap and taste ok too. I would pay the extra $ 1 or for the sandwich though. The staff here is all hispanic and only a few speak good english lol. Some of them are nice and some of them impatient. They do have to feed a lot of people and be fast though so its hard to really knock them on that. Would recommend going here over the trucks if you have to stay in the refinery.

Either eat here or the food truck if you want to stay on campus. Price is pretty reasonable and the food does it’s job. Nothing I would recommend here, but I usually get whatever the special of the day is. Chicken wrap isn’t a bad deal for 4 dollars as well

The food is for the most part edible. I’d compare it to hometown buffet for the quality. I do enjoy the breakfasts there tho.

I don’t work for Chevron, but I have had lunch in their Cafeteria. And unless the Oleum Room is still open at Conoco-Phillips, this is the last Bay Area Refinery Cafeteria standing. There’s also a commons area and meeting and employee event(e.g., blood drives) space available. And Point Richmond is nearby for lunch alternatives and maybe a good walk.
