History

Established in 1989.

Chesapeake Bay Cabinet Co. was established in 1989 in Richmond, VA by the owner Mike Harding. Mike started installing cabinets in 1982 and has installed over 1500 Kitchens. As his knowledge of cabinetry grew, so did his aspiration of owning his own business, and thus Chesapeake Bay Cabinet Co. was born!

Mike grew up on the Chesapeake Bay which helped drive the name for his business. Much of his family remains local to the Chesapeake Bay area and continues to crab & fish the Bay. Mike is happily married and is a proud father & grandfather of 6 girls! As many of his family members work at the Cabinet Company, Mike is able to enjoy family time, all the time!
