Let me tell you, I love this place. I am from California and found their online store. I was looking for a particular Steiff bear. Not only did they have it for a good price, but the nice lady told me the history of the bear. Since I’m an novice collector, she educated me on what else was available. Very knowledgeable!!! I would highly recommend them. Shipping was fast and very reasonable. You won’t be disappointed. I will be looking here for more purchases.

They still shipped the package which I refused and sent back. I had to file a claim with my bank in the meantime because after 3 emails (that they claimed to not have received though I simply hit «reply» to their original email) I had not heard back. I definitely do not recommend purchasing from them.
