I bought a 2012 Sienna mini van from Michael and he was very informative and an over all good guy, I could hangout with him.
They took my car as a trade in and actually gave me more for it than I thought they would.
Michael and Eddie worked out a deal and I even got a 4 year warranty with an affordable price.
I recommend anyone in the Bay Area venture on over to Richmond and look these guys up… It’ll be worth the trip…

I can’t lie I was very skeptical about this place. Even after seeing all the reviews I said it can’t be this great but they are. They are such great people and awesome service. Tony worked with me to get me the best rate on my car and went to get the necessary adjustments done to the car so I would be satisfied. Megan probably was tired of me calling but she was very helpful even with showing me how to get the new plates for my car. Now when you get to the finance guy he’s GQ! Very cool guy and made me understand what I was signing. Even the guy I said look like Tony that sits by Meagan was very helpful too (sorry I forgot your name). I really had a great experience and I’m defiantly coming back here for my next car.

My wife and I just bought an Infinity Q40 at Barocci Motor Group. It was a delayed Mothers Day gift. We tried to buy from another dealer but the car was gone when we got there. THIS IS THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED. Anthony, my first contact was awesome. I couldn’t get there right away so I called a few times to make sure the car was still available. He was always polite and personable and ready to help. I met with the owner, Tony and then Finance Mgr R.C. Both excellent to deal with. I cannot rave enough about BMG and the staff: Esp Tony (the owner) and Michael (our salesman). Extremely helpful from the minute we walked in and allowed me to test drive the vehicle immediately (another dealership refused for God knows what reasons). I told them exactly what I wanted and to keep monthly payments within my range. Tony went above and beyond my expectations. I just bought a Prius C this last weekend at Barocci Motor Group and Eddie helped me from the beginning till the end. At the time I called to inquire about the car, Eddie gave me a great customer service and when my husband and I actually got to the dealership we were happy to see how great and clean and professional the office looked. Besides that they have a great variety of luxury cars and other great cars like my PRIUS-​C of course :-)…
We received excellent service from everyone from the time we got there, to when we left. I was even able to trade in my old car and got $$$$$ (which I thought was worth nothing) but Eddie did it !!

TRAVELED 450 MILES TO GET MY BENZ… I looked everywhere for the package I ultimately purchased from Barocci MG. You have to trust the sales team you communicate with to make a leap of faith from Southern Cal to Richmond. Eddie and CJ spent whatever time I needed to assure me the 2013 MB S550 I purchased was the real deal they portrayed on line. I searched on line for a month throughout California and neighboring states to find the almost brand new gray on black package. They even dropped the price a bit to make my journey more beneficial. I want to let Eddie & CJ I love the S550, and it is exactly what I wanted, at a price that was $ 5,000 under any other package I looked at. CJ — GO DODGERS!

Came to Barocci Motors after searching for a car I wanted off the internet. I spoke to Eddie who informed me they would have the car cleaned up and ready by the time we got there from San Jose. Once arrived hey we’re putting the finishing touches on the detailing. We took the car for a lengthy test drive and were impressed. Everything worked well and Eddie paid special attention to our needs. We brought my mother along for the ride so she could get out. They gave her munchies and water while we worked out a deal. Eddie even suggested places to eat and even offered to help us get insurance which we declined because we have a plan. I will purchase another car from them without question!

We bought a sweet little Miata yesterday at Barocci Motor Group in Richmond, CA and had a wonderful experience. We were treated with respect and there were no strong armed sales pitches or attempts to sell us something different. Even the warranty sales pitch was very low keyed and presented as a choice not a requirement. I say this because we had a very different experience at another dealership when we bought our other car. The fast talking salesman there was very rude when we refused the warranty package. Here we could have gone either way and the reception would have been cordial. The whole experience was really pleasant from beginning and end and that’s so rare to say about buying a car! Tony, the owner, and Michael, our salesman, were extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Barocci.

Easily the best experience at a car dealership I’ve ever had. The price was right, the words were reliable, the car was in top shape, the service was excellent and the cashier was cute. It just left nothing to be desired.

Just bought my dream car with my husband this past weekend! We bought a 2013 vw tiguan. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had! When we came in we had intentions of looking at a different car but they had sold it the day before so Tony the owner felt bad and gave us the best deal possible. I want to emphasize when you buy a car from here it feels so easy, no pressure, no scams. We felt so comfortable and they even bought lunch for us. Will definitely buy a car from them again when searching for another car and will always recommend them to our family and friends.

I had the best and worst car buying experience at Barocci Motor Group yesterday. Let me explain. I’ve bought many cars over the years, and generally had only so so to not great experiences at the dealers, but Tony (one of the owners) and everyone at BMG were awesome. Unfortunately, I had the worst stomach virus or flu while I was there and I thought I was going to pass out (thus, the worst experience ever). It was embarrassing, but Tony went above and beyond to help me with my illness, my loan and even my ride home. Furthermore, he did the unexpected and followed up with a call this morning.
Tony was the utmost professional and caring care dealer I’ve ever met. There was no pressure for anything. He did everything he can to help me get the best loan for the car. He has a loyal and grateful customer in me, and he deserves more than 5 stars in my opinion! Besides having a great team, BMG also offers the best deals! I found my dream car at an unbelievable price! I will highly recommend BMG to all my friends, strangers and Unilocal users! Say Hi to Tony for me when you go to BMG! They did a great job with me and my family. We bought a 2014 Passat with very low miles for about $ 2700 under blue book. Excellent customer service and I look forward to coming back to buy another car in a few years.

BEWARE, THESE GUYS BAIT AND SWITCH.
Found a 2009 BMW 528i listed for $ 11,000 from their site as well as on Autotrader. Emailed about it in the morning and got a reply saying the car was available to look at and test drive. I walk into the dealer the same afternoon and request to see the car. Elon responds «Oh, that car is in our warehouse, if you wanted to wait 30 minutes I can have one of my guys drive it over here.» Fine, I agree to wait and the first thing he does is show me a 2011 BMW 550i with an asking price if $ 19,000. I tell him right then and there that my budget is around $ 10k and I specifically came here for the BMW they had for $ 11,000.
After that, I sit and chat with him in his office where he proceeds to offer me more cars out of my budget saying things like «you should get a car with less miles, it’s worth the extra money.» And classics like «$ 20,000 isn’t that much more money.» That’s when I knew guy was a total fraud.
After waiting for around 30 minutes, Elon comes back and says «the car you wanted is actually being serviced right now and can’t be shown.» Surprise surprise. After I deny his offers for the more expensive cars that are well above blue book value the car I wanted in the first place magically can’t make it for me to look at.
From the looks of it, most of the cars on their lot were in great cosmetic condition but are way overpriced. I’m guessing they have cars like the BMW I was interested in for $ 11k to bring customers into the dealership then pull the bait and switch. The worst part was, when I asked a simple question: «Do you guys offer some kind of warranty for your cars?» Elon had to leave the room to talk to his manager about it. How do you not know an answer to such a simple question about your cars and services?
I have no idea why this dealer has a decent rating here on Unilocal.This place makes the salesmen at the BMW dealership look like saints.

The salesman said I could come look at a car Monday. Then I get there, and «oops» it: s in the warehouse. Guy says come back Wednesday. I call Wednesday and, «oops,» they sold it yesterday. Not wasting my time with this low rent outfit again.

I came in with my girlfriend to Barocci on Saturday with the expectation that I would look at a car that I’ve been thinking about getting. I was scruffy, wearing a t-​shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes.
R.C. came out and asked if we needed any help. I asked about a Jaguar F-​Type, and it was one of the cars in the show room, so he brought us right in to take a look at it. We were both offered water as soon as we got in, and there was no hesitation to open up the car and take a look.
Despite the fairly tight show room and a bit of orchestration needed to get the car out for a test drive, R.C. took the time to get it out and ready.
The drive was amazing, and I was able to open it up on the freeway to get a feel for it.
I can honestly say that this was by far the easiest car purchase ever. I was treated really well the whole time and never once felt pressured. R.C. made it a point to say that the business is family owned, and it shows.
If you need to purchase a vehicle and Barocci Motor Group has it, I highly recommend doing so. Thanks for getting me into a dream car!

Just bought a Mercedes here! I can’t even begin to explain how above and beyond these people went to work with my husband and I.
We got a more than fair price for our trade in, and we were made more than comfortable in the waiting room while the wonderful finance person, Olga, worked with the bank. There were snacks cable and comfortable seating. The whole place is very clean too, and I definitely noticed how the man mopping the floor moved things to really get the floor spotless. He truly cared.
I want to also add how much I appreciated that the owner was present and active in his business and did everything in his power to get my family in a more than great car. He was generous and kind. I would by far refer anyone looking for a nice car to come here!
Also, I read some horrible reviews about prices not being listed on the vehicles, but they’re listed online!
