They went above and beyond. It seemed there was no space for a u-​lock holder on my small frame. But they tried every possible position and angle, getting more creative by the minute, until they found a place for it to fit.

Anyway. I don’t know a lot about bikes. I have a single-​speed strawberries and cream Fuji that came with drop handlebars and I walked in today hoping they’d have a replacement. They had a lightweight aluminum riser that was an accidental order but it looked right so I went with it! The cables/​housing were too short so they replaced those too for $ 16.50 each. Work was done in a half hour and they didn’t mind me watching. There were probably 3 dozen bikes on display along with some wood grain helmets and bike parts. They’ll order anything they don’t have in stock for you, it takes about a week and there’s no markup (you’d pay the same buying it online). One of the guys measured the limited space in the front of my bike and helped me find a silver basket from their wholesaler. I took a quick ride at home just now and everything is gravy. To sum it up:

Excellent service! My niece had problems with her bike. The seat was too high and the handlebars had been turned down and we did not have any tools up make adjustments. The staff was friendly and helpful and made the adjustments free of charge! I would definitely recommend.

I am not very smart about bikes, and I thought my bike needed significant repairs.
We walked in with the frame, a wheel, an inner tube and two tires, They repaired the bike and had us on our way in about 20 minutes.
I applaud the integrity of the store employees, they could well have convinced me I needed more repairs, but instead, explained what the bike needed and just took care of it.
Another reviewer complained that the associates were not more conversational, but I’m not there for a clever confabulation, I was happy with the knowledgeable and fast service.

I’ve been to this shop a couple times and while their inventory is nice, the times I have been there the staff was awkward and almost rude. Upon entering the store with my bike I wasn’t greeted with a welcome or hello but more of a glare from the associates. I had to keep talking just to fill the void of silence while talking to an associate to figure out what was wrong with my bike.

I’m no cylcing expert, so I was worried these guys would be over-​confident and unhelpful, but the exact opposite was true. I brought in a German bike, unsure of whether they would be able to do work on it. I got their «premium» tune up for a discounted price at $ 49.99 and I’m super impressed. In less than 48 hours my bike when from idle-​shed-​sitting to clean and smooth! Staff is friendly and interested in helping you so check this place out!

Best bike shop in town. The owner, Greg, is a great guy and the best mechanic I know. Selection of bikes is not the biggest in town, but I do not get my repairs anywhere else and they can order anything that you can’t find in store. Owner and staff always are helpful and personable, never snobbish or too busy to help.

The owner and all the staff are super helpful, easy to talk to and have none of the usual «too-​cool-​for-​you» bike person attitude. Its refreshing. I’ve had two custom bikes built here and tons of excellent service and recommendations.
One time my handlebar broke in half (yikes) on my way to work so I stopped in and the owner gave me a used one on the spot. Stand-​up guy.
Another time my bike got stolen and the owner actually saw it at a party and made the dude bring it to the shop and give it back to me. Come one, that’s like the best thing ever. That’s like bike super hero level.
