cash paying customers beware. They will find some reason not to refund your $ 100 deposit. I paid the $ 100 deposit, took out the full coverage insurance, with no deductible, and they would not refund my $ 100 deposit. I had a small dent on the license plate, apparently someone backed up into the license plate while my vehicle was parked in the parking garage and did not leave me a note. I did not notice it until I returned the vehicle to Automax. The full coverage, with no deductible, insurance obviously covered the dent, however, Automax still will not refund my $ 100 deposit.
Not worth it!
