This is about the **SHORTPUMP** Location, not Carytown. I couldn’t find Short pump’s on Unilocal so this will have to do. I made a Piece for my Military Boyfriend on 5÷23÷2015 and still to this day, 6÷25÷2015 my boyfriend has not received the piece I made. I was told it took 7 days to be processed and then the following day it would be mailed. That means it should’ve been mailed monday, 6÷1÷2015, On 6÷6÷2015 I stopped by and asked for a tracking#, because you know as a customer who paid for your $ 10 shipping I should at least be able to track my package just like any other company who offers shipping would. I was told by the Assistant Manager that there was no tracking service offered, there’s no tracking of our products being shipped and I could not helped until Monday because the Manager, Becky, is not available until then. So I gave the lady my number and expected to hear on Monday. I received a voicemail on Monday from Becky stating my package was in fact mailed on Friday, 6÷5÷2015, and he should have it on Tuesday, 6÷9÷2015. Again my boyfriend is in the Air Force, he can’t just stop by the Post office leisurely to check every day for a package and it is important to label packages precisely which I gave every detail needed: Name, Address, Unit#, Zip Code, even the extra 4 Digit piece of the zipcode. Well, days went by, no package. So I went back on 6÷18÷2015, a thursday, hoping to catch the Manager. Nope, no Becky again. And the two associates who helped tried their best, even got me a receipt of the package being shipped, which includes a TRACKINGNUMBER. Guess you can give your customers the tracking number after all. So the one associate was nice enough to refund the shipping since now my package is MIA. And I was told I would get a call on Monday(What is with the Mondays with this place?) Well its now Thursday, 6÷25÷2015 and have not heard anything yet. No package for my boyfriend, no refund for my product, nothing. I will not go back to this place ever again and I will tell everyone my story.

Loved this place! I took my niece and it was one of my most favorite days. I’d give it 5 stars but after I ended up spending $ 60 on our two pieces it felt a little pricey. The staff was awesome and really helpful. I’ll be back for sure.

Love this place. I did a birthday party for my daughter here. They got to make a clay project. and paint it. The staff is very friendly and great with children. They fo above and beyond to accommodate you and made a lasting impression on me. I will refer everyone to take their kid there. Its a great alternative to the same old birthday party. The kids had a blast and were able to be created. A really nice touch is. They give the birthday girl a cup that has everyone at the pasrties name on it and fingerprints. Very cute. And they painted it really cute and gave it to us a couple weeks after the party.

Although I’ve been to All Fired Up before, it had been a while since I’ve visited and decided to organize a ladies night with some friends. They have a great events calendar and the last Thursday of the month they have a ladies night, it’s 10 percent off projects, you can bring your own wine and they provide snacks! With all of that fun, what’s not to love? The staff was phenomenal. They were friendly and fun, very accommodating of our group and happy to share their glazing knowledge to our novice group of friends. We shared stories, drank wine and painted pottery. I had such a great time it didn’t even matter what my bowl looked like after it was fired, but one week later I went to pick it up and couldn’t be more pleased! I can’t wait to share another night with my ladies at All Fired Up!

When you think of Carytown, you think of shopping, bars and restaurants mostly. This pottery studio, however, fits right in with Carytown fun, hosting all kinds of special events and classes for both adults and kids. Make your own masterpiece and BYOB at Ladies Night Out. The studio provides the snacks and the expertise… you just need to hang out with the girls and get creative. There are tons of classes for kids as well, especially in the summer when«Mom, I’m bored» is a daily refrain. It’s like summer camp, but your take-home project is a lot nicer than something made of popsicle sticks.
