This place has no sense of customer service. Called the place to verify that if it was busy to do a mani and pedi and if there was any wait time, the owner said to come in and when I got there and she it was a 30 minute wait time. They don’t respect your time and are bunch of dishonest people running the place.

I think the name of this place is actually New Ten Nails.
In any case, went here for the first time on Friday night with my sister-​in-​law and mother-​in-​law. They both have gone there before. We arrived pretty late in the evening and had to beg them to do our spa pedicures but they accommodated us. They do a nice job. I did have one girl doing my nails while I was still in the pedicure chair, but it was alright. I understand it was late and they all just wanted to go home. The price can’t be beat — $ 21 for a spa pedicure and a regular manicure! I almost fell out of my chair when they brought me the bill.

After a bad experience at a nail salon, my friend recommended me here. Been going here for almost a year and the service from all the staff is wonderful! The spa massage pedi, along with the massage chairs feels great after a hard days work! For 15 $ that is great. I also recommend Dave or David (didn’t get his name), the only man who works there, he is the best for tips and refills, mine lasted almost 4 months! Tina and her staff are very nice and welcoming!

Worst place I’ve ever done my nails. Not the cleanest. They have a very small selection of colors and on top of it, the gentleman who does nails there is very rude. I gave him a tip and he threw it in the drawer. Never coming here again.

So I called this place to find out about their price and when I asked if there were competitive with their pricing and gave them a price of a different nail salon she told me I should go there so when it comes to customer service I will not be going there I don’t like the fact that she hung up the phone on a new customer. They get one star because that’s the lowest they can get from me
