Awful customer service. I called the office to get an estimate and the women that answered started to interrogate me and started to chuckle when I could not answer questions to get an estimate. They obviously do not need any business and I would never want to work with them with such horrendous customer service.

This company seemed to be a professional one from the start with Carl coming out to give me an estimate. The minute I had to call the office for information it went downhill from there. The woman that answered the phone, the owners wife is extremely unprofessional. Everyone at the office is related and could care less. Take your business elsewhere if you want professional service. Carl is the only one that knows what customer service is. Anyone giving this company good reviews is related to them, don’t believe it. That woman is a menace.

I’m not sure if the negative reviews listed are for the same company. There are others with the same name. This is a family owned business run by Mike Costanza and it is top notch. We installed a CertainTeed Bufftech vinyl fence around our property 5 years ago and everything about this company was top notch. From top down (Mike and the foremen, down to the installers) they were superb. The workmanship is amazing and they give personalized service. Over the 5 years I called twice to inquire with minor questions about the fence and both times they sent someone out immediately to speak to me personally. At the end of a particularly harsh winter when ice moved a post slightly out of position, they came and repositioned it without charge. I can’t praise this company enough. The fence looks great and working with them has been great.

I called 5 (five) companies this summer to get a quote on installing a PVC railing on my new stoop, and these guys were the only ones that even bothered to call me back. Salesman Mike, the owners son, came to my house and had me sold right away. They did such a fantastic job !!! Highly recommended. Professional and neat job

Without a hitch. Started with a telephone and e mail estimate based upon my description and measurements. Then Mike came to the house to measure and finalize. Confirmed the estimate as per the e mail. True to his word, I got a call a week later to schedule install. Two workers came the next day. Worked all day to remove old gate which had been cemented to ground in posts. They were very proffessional and cleaned everything up and took old gate. Could’nt be happier. Yes Mike appears a little rough around the edges, but seems like a good, honest guy.

Horrible, unprofessional people working here! Called for an appraisal (mike) very rude and spoke as if he grew up in a sewer. Called into their office to complain and the women on the other end of the line must have been his mother, who was equally as entertaining. Nevertheless, wasted my entire day, received no appraisal, and I will not be getting any work done by them. Called Amendols Fence, super polite, VERY professional and also called ROSE Fence and was treated equally as nice/​expected. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money with the people at Olympic Fence who clearly have no appreciation for their customers, this was just for an estimate, imagine having to have a warranty honored by them, huh!

A man named Michael Constanza came to give us an estimate on a pvc fence. Everything was going well until the racist comment came out of his mouth.
He used an example of falling into a trap of a lawsuit and we may end up back in the projects of Brooklyn.
Never met the man in our life, he knows nothing about our background, but automatically stereotyped.
Like his shit don’t stink!
