NY Lasergroup

I have been bringing my mother to this office for years I also bring my children here and for the first time ever I’ve never been so disgusted with what i witnessed. I came in to the office yesterday and signed my mother in sat down WITH MY KIDS ! to hear cursing and yelling from one blond heavy set girl to a girl sitting at the front desk! CURSING!!! AND YELLING! AT A DOCTORS OFFICE!!! You have got to be kidding me, I recommended so many people to this office but I will never again recommend anyone here I have never been so disgusted! WHERES THE MANAGER!!! WHY WAS NOTHING BEING DONE! That girl had no right to speak that nasty to anyone! I hope that if I do go back to this office i NEVER SEE HER AGAIN!!! My children shouldn’t have to hear such nasty things when I don’t even speak that way at home!

Your eyes are one of the most important part of your body. If you are going to trust it to someone let it be the folks at Nylasergroup. They have the best Opthalomogists and Optometrists such as Dr. Harry Koster, Dr. Boparai, Dr. Dayan.
Everyone I talk to has nothing but positive things to say about them. Many people have been with Dr. Koster for over twenty yrs. They cant wait to tell you how happy they are with the services they have received over the years.
Recently they have added an eyeglass store right next to the opthamology practice. It is called Atlantic Eyewear and they carry all the name brands such as Gucci, Versace, Prada, Ray Ban etc, and other budget eyewear.
It is very convenient for those who like to have all their eyewear needs taken care of in one place.

While this may be a page for Dr. Koster himself, my review is more for the location he practices at — the address listed above.
The New York Laser Group is a bunch of doctors in the same office who see patients interchangeably. My problem with this is — its impossible to see a doctor that YOU want to. If I make an appointment to see Dr. Koster. I will most likely see Dr. Someone Else.
They are very slow here and the waiting room is always full. You instantly get the impression that they dont have any respect for your time.
I had an eye surgery here in August. (Dr. Koster did perform this procedure) I was extremely nervous in the waiting room and i noticed his family walk in and I could tell they were waiting on him. BUT he had a surgery to perform. So now im even more worried, my doctor is leaving for vacation but hes about to operate.
Anyway the surgery was quick, but he left me to be administered by another doctor and headed out. I cant blame him for having a family and wanting to spend time with them. but hey
DONT CUT MY EYE OPEN IF YOU’RE GONNA LET SOMEONE ELSE WIPE THE BLOOD!
