Description

Specialties

Serving weekday lunch and Sunday brunch, Bubba’s Bistro is a small-town-casual restaurant that blends a tad of big-city presentation with its coastal USA heritage cuisine — gussied-up/dressed-up versions of passed-down southern cooking recipes using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients like Georgia Coast and river seafood, grilled poultry and beef, and farm-fresh produce.

History

Established in 2013.

Located along US 17 between Savannah and Brunswick in Richmond Hill, Georgia, the locals wanted the ability to eat and fresh and fun food at times other than when Magnolia Grill Catering was serving an oyster roast, wedding reception, private party, or low country boil. Bubba’s Bistro was opened by this local catering couple, Corie and Mark Thomas. Mark is a culinary trained pro. «I must say, we believe everyday is a special event!» says Corie Thomas. Now travelers from I95 take exit 90 and enjoy home style food for a delicious weekday lunch and Sunday brunch.
