Established in 2011.

Steve and Yo Sawdey, owners of Sure Shot Billiards and Darts, always had a dream of opening their own coffee shop. They hired Sandra Haisch as the coffee shop general manager. She was an important part of the development of the coffee shop. She attended the 2010 Seattle Coffee Fest while training at Zoka Coffee Roaster and Tea Co. They also scouted the best baristas in the Tri-​Cities, including Molly Morrison and Chloe Butterworth. Molly was brought on as the barista manager/​trainer. Chloe and Molly are some of the most experienced baristas in the area. Molly has worked in the coffee industry for more than 10 years. She has also been Barista Certified by the National Barista Association.

Their dream was not to just open a typical run-​of-​the-​mill coffee shop, but to bring something original to the Tri-​City area. They sought out the best coffee roasters around.
