Better than subway and way cheaper. I love to eat local and this place is always tasty, they have a huge menu and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone in richland looking for a sandwich for lunch

This sandwiches use to be awesome and now taste like nothing but bread with little ingredients. I’m so disappointed, I want the sub factory I use to know

This is by far my husband and I’s favorite place to get a sub. Bread made fresh there and it’s sooooo good. Their subs are huge. Great price. Great place. I recommend if you haven’t tried it to go check them out!

If I could leave less stars I would. This place is a food-born illness factory. They have poor customer service. The food isn’t great. Their bread is often stale and hard. I’ve heard several instances of food born illness and lack of concern for refrigerated items being left out for long periods of time. I would never advise eating here, and I would always choose Subway or Quiznos over them, as those chain stores have standards of service and quality that are typically always met.

Sometimes the wait is long but worth it. It would be awesome to have a drive thru! Still the best Sub in town!

Had the chicken teriyaki sub today and have to say I couldn’t finish the 6 inch. The sandwich was not good at all, I had ordered one of these about 2 years ago and remember it being alot better and I also remembered it being alot cleaner it’s pretty hosh posh in there. Don’t think I’ll be back. Also it’s way over priced

This place is great. I’ve eaten the Cuban sandwich, the spicy(spelled spicey on the board) and the tacos… Every efin’ one is damn good… Oh and and a turkey cold sub… 3.99 can’t beat that… All of the options I’ve tried filled me up… this time my «tomorrow for lunch sandwich» is the salami for 3.99 I’m positive its going to be as good as my others… The different employees that have been there have ALL been helpful, friendly, nice, and fun… I do like that they have a t.v. that they are willing to change to the sports that I may want to watch… I dig this place…

I wasn’t expecting kick ass street tacos, but they have them. I have tried quite a few taco trucks in my day and I don’t remember anyone doing tacos better than this sub shop! /////mind blown/////!!! I’ll be back

Great service, yummy sandwiches with a great verity, and tacos are great! They were like a gourmet version of taco trucks, but the same taste and even better! We ordered a few things to try it out and were petty pleased. My only problem was the beef on the cheesesteak and taco had good chunks of gristle in the meat that were impossible to chew. This is common with cheap beef from restaurants, but I got three bites of my taco and the rest of the meat was gristle and I had to spit it out/pull it out. The staff was great! They were fun and they tried very hard to give us great service and remember names. They had great recommendations, and the salsa was delicious!

I’d give 5 stars if the price was a little cheaper.. I understand owners of this sub shop need profits and if that means higher costs for us customers. With that said, keep up the good work, I just can’t justify $ 19 for 36“subs one being a «meal».

They used to serve a great sandwich that beat Subway. But today I went in and found they raised their price, and weigh and measure all ingredients. Had to look to see if there was any meat on the sandwich. Tasted mostly like bread. Hope they go back to their good sandwich with more ingredients.

You can always tell when a place is good if it’s packed. And this place has been packed non stop for lunch. I decided on the steak supreme and I have to say, probably the best Philly I’ve had. Really, incredibly good. And I couldn’t finish it! Very reasonably priced and friendly service make this a solid 4 star. Glad I stopped in.

We’ve been going here a long time! Glad to see the place cleaned up but they raised the prices and made the portions smaller! It’s like eating bread with veggies and no meat! Won’t be back

I ordered a hot italian and diddnt see pastrami laid down. Asked an they told me it was turkey. What a rip. Put it up as turkey. That’s the only reason I drove the ten blocks. And skimpy.

12″ Sweet Chili Hawaiian Ham, sweet chili sauce, pineapple, sausage, bacon, onion, pepper jack, mayo I enjoyed my sandwich and loved the menu options. There is a sandwich for everyone at this place. Places like this make me wish I lived nearby so I could try more of the offerings. Great for lunch!

I have never had such horrible service before. The guy at the register just stood there leaning against the counter he barely interacted with the customers. The employees all bounced around from person to person and not helping the customers in order the bin they use to weigh out their meats in not sanitary they use the same bin for EVERY sandwich. Such for someone with allergies. Things should be cleaned between sandwiches. Also there was one girl working who had her long hair down and not even pulled back making food the whole experience was bad and felt very unwelcomed the food was a mess due to them not wrapping the sandwiches very well. Not to mention my allergy to onions and I got an onion the was mixed in with the lettuce.

I ate there several times, but not recently. They used too much salt. When I took a sub to go, it was a mess in 5 minutes. But the worst thing was to see how the owner treated his employees. It also looked like he hated his customers too.

Disgusting. I’m not a germophobe. Far from it. Food trucks, sketchy little dive bars burgers. Bring em on. I once saw a rat scurry under the very same food truck that had just served me the gyro I was munching. I finished it. It was pretty good. But everything about this place was unpleasant(except the lady who took my order, sorry I still have to give this review). The food prep area was just a mess, décor was uninspired, service was slow. And when my sons Juicy Jimmy arrived it was simply gross. Burned, sloppy and nasty tasting(we’ve had the same sandwich«Holy Cheesus» from a food truck, not for everyone with grilled cheese as buns, burger, bacon and more cheese but that sandwich was well executed). My «Cuban» was bbq pork with pickles and pork sausage. Weird. Not Cuban. And barely edible. I’ve lived 4 blocks away for 15 years. This was my first and last visit. Never again.

Service says a lot. The guy that works there needs an attitude adjustment. The older lady needs to learn about the health code and all the violations she does. The younger girl needs to listen more and pay attention to what she is doing. They got two stars because of their food, the place is a dive, its dirty and nasty. They had bread dough laid out in their soda case on the customer side. Raw chicken cooking above the toasting sandwiches, the lady at the register cared just about as much as the jerk tossing food off the grill. So many health code violations it was almost a joke. Other than that, $ 2.50 for a sub is nice. The food is okay, we’ll see if I get sick though.
