Round Table Pizza

Wouldn’t give us the free order of garlic twist that came up when we checked in. 1 star, customer comes first.

Not my preferred choice of pizza but went there for my boyfriend. Overall it’s way over priced for not fresh ingredients. Also was really disappointed with the salad bar tonight– lettuce was low and sitting in about an inch of water, so I asked for fresh lettuce due to the sogginess. I watched the gal in the back get fresh lettuce, while then dumping and shaking the water off of the old and adding it back to the bin. I guess they haven’t heard of a salad spinner because all the new lettuce was still entirely saturated as well as discolored. The other salad ingredients looked as if they were thawed from frozen and just gross. Last time I go to there over «brick house pizza»!

Disappointed tonight. Store actually closes at 9:00 now. As a result they pull the salad bar at 8:30. We arrived at 8:35 and they would not allow us to access the salad bar even though it was not put away. Pizza was good but still we wanted salad also!

I took my staff of 22 here for a meeting and of course «pizza». The restaurant staff was very accommodating. They gave us a room no charge. Did not even blink an eye at the mob of people flooding into there restaurant.
All the ingredients were very fresh! Every pizza came as it should piping hot and delicious.

Good pizza but really bad customer experience. We reserved their party room for our daughter’s birthday party a month in advance. A couple of weeks before the party I went in to look at the room again just to have a picture of how I wanted to decorate it, the girl that’s was working that evening asked me if I wanted the whole room or just half of it because apparently sometimes they divide it in 2 halves to have more than one party at the same time. I specifically said I needed the entire room since we would have lots of toddlers running around. The day of the party I pretty much had to begged the manager to come in a decorate a couple of hours before party since they wanted me to come in only 1 hour before hand. When I got there I was told by their rude manager on duty that we only had the smaller half of the room because there was a bigger party coming to use the bigger half. I couldn’t believe it! The smaller half was so tiny that there was no way I would have been able to fit 35 people. I asked this individual (whose customer service skills sucked by the way) to at least let me have the bigger half but. he didn’t even want to hear whatbi was asking for and kept saying no like it wasn’t a big deal. He refused to give me the store manager’s info and didn’t apologize about the whole situation at all. We ended up getting our deposit money back and going to the Round Table in Pasco where we were given a nice big room for our party so in a 2 hour period a had to call everyone who were coming to let them know the party would be somewhere else. Advise for the owner of this establishment: hire responsible people, make customer experience a priority and ensure you have managers who know how to handle customer escalations with professionalism. We would never come back to this place and will let EVERYONE know that our little one’s special day was pretty much ruined!

The pizza’s at Round Table are very good but not of value. I rather go to WINCO and pick-​up (3) very good Leonardi’s Pizza’s that they make in the store (for the same price of (1) Round Table Pizza and have a couple of bottles of Santa Christina Sangiovesse with it… no, I wouldn’t and couldn’t eat three pizza’s …it was just an example of value quotient

Horrid pizza, far to greasy. The manager Chris offers a poor excuse of customer service and is not very professional and shows an inability to speak to his employees with respect. The ONLY thing that we enjoyed was the Raanch Dressing from the Salad Bar.
