We have over 30 years of experience and over 1500 completed house designs. Also, we provide stock plans at discounted prices. Our goal is to be the best house designers/​home designers in the area.

History

Established in 1983.

We started in Spokane, WA in 1983, formerly known as McLeod and Associates and then moved to the Tri-​cities in 1990 later changing our name to McLeod Home Designs LLC. We have over 30 years of experience and over 1500 completed house designs.

Mark M.

Business Owner

My name is Mark McLeod and I’ve resided in Washington State my entire life — primarily living in Spokane and the Tri-​Cities area (Kennewick and Richland). I graduated from the Eastern Washington University in my early 20′s. Initially, I started working as a industrial designer and years later became the manager of my department. During my early career, I became involved in designing houses as a side project which quickly turned into a passion. With 30 years under my belt, I have designed over 1000 homes ranging in different styles. I really enjoy what I do and I believe the quality of my work demonstrates exactly that. Every home design is a new journey and I feel grateful that I can be a part of the process. Also, my family is a big part of my life and this section wouldn’t be complete with out me mentioning them. I am a lucky Father to two beautiful daughters Nicole and JoAnna, and two sons Zack and Scott, and a husband to my lovely wife, Virginia.
