Very beautiful place to have a quiet high end dish. They are very professional and food has always been amazing! I recommend eating here if you want to feel like you are somewhere else :-)

Great French cuisine. Amazing flavor creations. Bright, polite, helpful staff! Very fine foods. We highly recommend this spot. Brunch and lunch are so reasonably priced. And dinner was offered in courses with wine pairing as well. Such a hidden gem in the Tri-​Cities.

Serious. Calling all foodies with a budget. Go here. Dave, our server, was phenomenal!!! Food was fantastic. Go here. Do it do it.

I love the idea of this place, but alas, they don’t have enough mushrooms or space for families. We have been Phillistines and ordered take out, though. The food is expensive — I think we paid around $ 70-​$ 80 for a meal for two. The portion size was acceptable and after adding trumpet mushrooms sautéed by me, I felt the food was nearly perfect. The reason I remove a star is that the vegetables and very tiny portion of lobster for the lobster bisque was in a cup that had a plastic glaze (like a large Dixie cup) that I am pretty sure added unwanted chemicals to my bisque (but this is basically Richland so ce la vie).

Impressed. We are going to be moving to Tri-​Cities this summer. After a long weekend of house hunting, we were hoping to find a great place for brunch. I’m happy to say, we found it!
Jennifer was so incredibly warm and inviting. She treated us incredibly well. We look forward to many many meals at Lepice in the coming months.

What a nice addition to the TriCities. Nothing like it here. Really great service, expertly prepared and presented plates. A very lovely lunch with a variety of items which to choose. Will come back to try dinner or a weekend brunch, which I have heard is amazing!

It’s nice to finally have some «fine dining» in the TriCities. I have the fine dining in quotation marks as, even though it is a level up from the local restaurants, it can still improve. It has a lot of potential, though. The first time I went to Lepice was for dinner with my sister, in the fall. It may be just the day that we were there, but the place was noisy. There was even a baby crying. The ambience can still be better. The lighting can still improve, along with the décor. They may want to be minimalist but it appeared more bare to me than anything. Their wait staff then, though attentive and pleasant, had yet to be trained better on their menu. They should be able to tell their patrons, with confidence, the dishes that they offer. I may be asking for too much, but we also heard occasional dropped utensils when tables were being cleared. The food was good, though not excellent … yet. I would have preferred my order of pâté to be accompanied by baguette considering that it is a very rich dish. If I’ve written this review then, I would give it 2 – 3 stars. But I had a chance to go again this fall for my niece’s birthday. This time, it was for brunch. The experience was quite different. It being brunch, it was not as formal. The wait staff this time was better. The duck confit «hash» was excellent, as well as the chicken crêpe and the pacific steelhead gravlax. The Alaskan cod and crab «benedict» was a little salty but manageable. I was really pleased that I even requested to meet Chef Labarge. Lepice is not there yet, but it is on the right path. I will come back and try their dinner menu sometime again. I am hoping for some consistency. I sincerely hope that TriCities will continue to support this establishment and keep it running.

My husband and I had dinner here for our anniversary. We each had the «degustation» 4 course meal, which was plenty of food. Each course is quite small but in its entirety is a satisfying meal. The food is interesting, delicious, and beautiful. The roast vegetable tart was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted, and my husband agreed. Good wine selection, no liquor. The atmosphere is very quiet, dim, and a little stiff. The service is prompt and professional. This is the only place like it in town. Visit Lepice for an incredible food experience, not a «fun night out.»

Best brunch in tricities. Easily 5 star food. Service was not as prompt or attentive as we would have liked, dining with a hungry toddler (example: they gave us scones, but we really could have used them after we had ordered instead of ten minutes later). Scones were on point and they have a display of baked items in the center of restaurant that looks absolutely fabulous to eat.
Overall a great little place to eat. My husband and I shared BBQ pork waffles and their French Toast. The waffles and toast were so light. Everything had excellent flavor and worked exceptionally well together. Seriously, this is no greasy spoon like 90% of other places in the area. This is quality food that comes out reasonably fast. Highly recommended. This will likely be our brunch of choice when we’re in town.

My friend and I came here for brunch for a girls day and it was delightful! The quality of the food is excellent, seasonal, perfectly paired. Everything we ordered was delicious. They brought us a complimentary mini scone as a starter and it was perfectly buttery with a sweet balance. It is food you would find in a major food scene city but fit perfectly in the tri cities with the friendly, genuine staff and owners and the incredibly reasonable prices for the caliber of food. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this lovely local restaurant.

My honest opinion of this place. The food is good and so is their house made spices. The only downfall would have to be management.

We both grew up in other parts of the country, and moved here. We’ve lived everywhere, & I wanted to find some more cultured restaurants in the Tri Cities for years. This place definitely fits the bill. It’s unique, full of quality, very unusual. Its authentic cuisine, and as such is different than what you will get from the rest of the tri-​city area.
Sunee was our waitress, and she is emphatically passionate about both her service, and the quality of the restaurant and its food as well. We also met the owner Jennifer, whose husband is the chef. They’re putting a lot of their own efforts and energy into making this a very unique experience.
We have seen other reviews expressing frustration with the size of the portions. Our experience was there’s a lot of portions, albeit possibly small but full of flavor and very filling. This is a typical French cuisine, and if you’re in a hurry for food go elsewhere. There is an ambiance, presentation, and again the quality of both the food and the service.

I don’t think you’ll find anything like this in the tri-​cities. It’s worth a shot just have something different! They also have cooking classes on Monday nights, and also are opening a bakery up right next door as well. We would highly recommend them.

Inconsistent is the most appropriate description. I’ve been here 3 times (4 if you count the time I just stopped to get a pastry), each time has been a completely different experience and not necessarily in a good way. Sometimes it’s the food, which is hit or miss on the seasoning, sometimes taking far to long for a mediocre dish. Sometimes it’s the atmosphere: while the servers are generally nice you can occasionally hear the chef making fun of diners in the kitchen and the place just looks a bit tired. I wish i could give it 2 and a half stars. Hopefully they will get it together.

Lepice is by far the best local, original restaurant the tri-​cities has to offer. Crepes, crepes, and more crepes! The menu rotates by season, a sure sign of the freshness of the food. If you are looking for fine dining try the chef’s meals by course. Choose from 4 to 8 courses designed just for that evening. This is a great way to try a small plate of everything.
Or if you are looking for something lighter lunch is the perfect option, french onion soup or a house salad with baked brie or their lamb burger! On the weekends their amazing brunch is available with CREPES! (did I mention the crepes are to die for?) The french toast with date sauce is about the best thing I ever ate as well! With a rotating menu there is always something special and delicious, help keep local restaurants going and Eat Local Tri-​cities!

Thank you jennifer for giving us the opportunity to have an amazing 8 year anniversary brunch! I I now see the amazing customer service ur restaurant can provide. We look forward to going back for dinner and taking my grandmother and mother out for brunch.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! It is my B-​Day today and I requested to be taken here. LeSpice is such a diamond in the cullinary rough known as the Tri-​Cities. The flavors are so very sophisticated and balanced that I found our dishes to be life altering. I was in Vegas last weekend and i felt that I was instantaneously transported back there with such fine delicacies. I plan to tell everyone about this amazing gem. They do have cooking lessons as well!

A rare offering for the tri city area, a place worthy of foodies. Prix fixe (4, 6 and 8 course meals. Wine flights paired with each course are also available.) or order a la carte.
I had a four course meal with meyer lemon shrimp risotto (with a shrimp on a pedestal), duck breast salad with beets and beet dust (visually stunning plating), steak au poivre with potato dauphinoise and haricot verts, and dessert was macerated berry pavlova. My fellow diner had the risotto, lobster bisque, rib eye and the citrus crème brûlée. Everything was great. The service was excellent.
The wine list had several offerings by the glass that featured local wineries. The only trifling critique was that white, rose and red wines were all served in the same type of stemware (yes, I am being picky).
The best meal that I have had in the Tri-​Cities since Chris Ainsworth (a protégé of renowned Seattle Chef & Restauranteur Tom Douglas) moved to Walla Walla.
I will definitely be back for lunch and brunch– And I am looking forward to their new bakery.

Its been over a month since we were here but, man it was good.
I personally had a hard time with the bill! I have never paid that much for one meal in my life! I just chose to ignore it and enjoy myself.
My wife and I went for our 5 year anniversary. We were very lucky and the chef/​owner shared a bottle of champaign with us. He came out and introduced himself to us. He was very friendly and it was nice to meet the person creating our food.
We went for it and said chefs choice full 8 coarse meal. (I think, can’t remember how many courses) There was a lot put in front of us over the coarse of the evening. The most important thing is I enjoyed every bite of every dish (and so did my wife) Even the dishes we normally would not have tried! The wait staff was friendly and informative of what was placed in front of us. I would suggest that if your going to spend the money to eat here go for it and let the chef pick your meals. We got to try a lot of new and exciting food. I would add that at times it took a little bit of time between courses, but this was high quality cooked to order food! Awesomeness takes time. Relax and talk with the person your with.
A definite must try in the tri-​cities.

I first discovered this place 6 weeks ago for Sunday brunch. The Pacific Steelhead Gravlax was superb and the Pacific Cod «Benedict» was delicious.
My friend and I knew we were coming back to get more ink done (our Seattle artist moved to Kennewick) so we planned on coming back for dinner. Six amazing courses with perfect wine pairing over 3 hours last night. I had the Foie Gras, Rabbit Consommé, Arugula Salad with Fried Quail Egg, Cantaloupe Shot (I could have 8 of these — so delicious), Duck Breast, and Crème Brûlée. Every dish was delicious. And I was super happy to find that I was getting Kiona Ice Wine to finish everything off.
Chef Jason is friendly and takes a lot of pride in his work. The service was great. And yes, it is a 3 hour meal. You either get it, or you don’t. I never would expect a place like this in Kennewick, but I’m slowly discovering that the Tri-​Cities has many foodie options.
We are going back for Sunday brunch and are excited for the Duck Confit Hash.

«Lay-​pische» is a unique experience in the Tri-​cities. The feel is relaxed and the service feels personal. Their brunch should be packed every weekend based on the quality of the french toast, the Benedict, and the assortment of seasonal dishes. An excellent place for intimate conversation. Come for the experience and stay for the food.
