These folks have been really good to us! No one really wants to spend money on their car, so in my mind it’ll always be kind of expensive, but their prices were in line with what other places quoted.
They’re communicative, honest, and upfront. I can’t really ask for anything more than that.

Absolutely the best service — fair, professional, courteous, affordable, and didn’t try to rip me off because I’m a woman. They will get all my future business.

My wife’s car (a 2007 Chevy equinox) smelt of gas. Of course I had a look. Somewhere above the fuel tank.
I asked around. Two folks recommended Cronk Automotive.

Cronks is the best mechanic shop around — they’re becoming pretty well known now so the wait to get your car in is pretty long but once they get it in they’re fast! They always call to explain what’s going on and check to make sure you’re okay with their solution, and they’re very reasonably priced. Plus, and this is probably the most important characteristic of an auto mechanic, they’ve earned my trust! Great guys, great shop, great work!

They are booked pretty solid so we had to wait a few days to have our car serviced. Several issues on an older Toyota Camry were dealt with effectively. Well worth the wait excellent and service good value for money.

A good mechanic is hard to find. We went to Leo’s Line Up for years until he got sick and closed down. The mechanic we used between Leo’s and Cronk’s was out close to Hanford. My Dad used our old ’99 Plymouth Voyager that we drove up here 10 years ago as a commuter. The transmission would leak every Winter. EVERY Winter! Needless to say, we both got tired of almost dying driving out there in the snow and ice, so he finally switched to Cronk’s.
What can I say? Cronk’s is a good, professional, honest mechanic’s shop. It’s what you’ve always wanted. They’ve always squeezed us in and have always done and quick job. We take all of our cars there now and it’s almost a shame that we’re leaving, because, like I said, a good, honest mechanic is hard to find.

Good, honest mechanics. I will come to Cronk’s for any auto repairs in the future, as they have taken GREAT care of me in the past. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but I can see why so many people recommended Cronk’s!

Cronks is honest … and they do a great job!

The serpentine belt on my van derailed while on a trip to Rainier last Monday. After installing a new belt in Packwood I nursed the van back to Richland. Tuesday morning I called a few shops in Richland to get an estimate on a tensioner arm and Bob at Cronk gave me a reasonable quote and was able to schedule me in that afternoon.
So I left my van in the capable hands of Shae who said the van would be done in a few hours. Before leaving I noticed the tires on my bicycle were low and Shae was more that helpful in setting me up with some air.
Having car problems while on a roadtrip is stressful to say the least. However, I instantly felt confident with the guys at Cronk and decided to have them change the oil too. Overall, very satisfied with the job and highly recommend Cronk Automotive.

My wife’s 2000 Ford Taurus’s heater just quit putting out heat in early October (2009). There can be a number of reasons for this, and some of the repair options are not cheap. A new heater core change out can be $ 500 to $ 700, but they started with simply flushing the heater core and now the heater will drive you out of the car! It works like it should on a very cold day, especially when there is freezing ofg like the Tri Cities gets very often in the winter. They were well below what the local Ford dealer in Pasco wanted for the same task and they completed the work in a timely fashion. They can have all my automotive repair business from now on. Recommend!

Bob is excellent at what he does. He is fast, inexpensive, and thorough. He is prompt to call back. And he’s even willing to do a free inspection for you if you are a customer of his and you want to buy a used car – he’ll look it over and let you know if he would buy the car if he were in the same position. I’ve taken at least 3 cars to him and will always go to him first.

Yeah, they say if you can find a good mechanic, consider yourself blessed. Well, Cronk came through for me again. I’m sure my driving skills were the culprit (for wearing out my right front hub), but Bob hooked me up. As with my last visit, he was nice, decently-​priced, and fast once he got the part.
