2 out of the 3 ladies working talked on the phone for over 15 minutes, only 1 person out of the 10 people in line was helped. Ended up walking out without tabs. Horrible customer service.

The only reason we go here is that you dont need to wait for a line to get help, the only thing is they are not too friendly in here like they are mad that finally they need to work? One time we went here the lady behind the counter is on the phone so i thought okay she might be helping a customer on the phone but after 5 minutes I heard her taking about their neighbor? so I dont know. I will still come back but to other who are coming just dont expect a friendly and smiley worker.

I’ve not had issues here. I remember dreading going to the DMV in Calif, but here, the lines are fairly short and the staff were nice when I was here. You can take a number here, but I’ve never had to really wait that long.
It’s also convenient, in that it’s connected to a Fred Meyers.

Went to this place to get a truck that we bought registered into my husbands name. At first we did not have all the paperwork we needed. The woman we talked to gave us a list of things we needed and we went on our way. We got everything that we were told to get, and went back on another day. When we got there, a different woman informed us that we Still did not have all that we needed, and that one of the papers we were given and had gotten filled out was not valid.
The reason for it not being valid was because the first woman we worked with did not write the VIN number on the top of it, like she was supposed to.
So, to re-​cap, the first woman we worked with did not give us all the paperwork we needed to have filled out, and gave us one piece of paperwork that was invalid. It was her mistake and we ended up having to pay for it with our time.
I was quite irritated with the situation and the second woman we talked to, did not seem to care at all. She offered no apology for the other woman’s mistake, just shrugged it off as though it was our own fault.
I would not recommend visiting this business, if you can do it at another office, I would. We will not take our business to this office ever again.
