Amy’s Dog Spa

We have been customers of Amy’s for almost 4 years. She is a very caring talented groomer. We have a male Shih Tzu that had terrible experiences in the past at other groomers. She has been wonderful getting him over his fear. She has designed a little boy cut that people all over the USA have asked where our groomer is and if they can take pictures to show their groomer. We have a female that has a hair cut that folks immediately know she is a girl and our princess! I would never think of using a different groomer. My family and friends use her too. As for not wanting you back at the shop until she calls you, this is because the dogs get anxious when the owners come in and she has to take extra time to settle them down! Please realize Amy is a caring concerned professional

Should be zero stars!!! Filthy place. Rude owner. Drop dog off in the morning, she can’t get it done till 6:00pm! Do not go here. You have been warned.

Beware of making appointments with this business!
I am a person who uses local businesses to support the economy here. If local businesses treat their customers like this, I will start using the chain businesses… I would probably get a better rate even!
We had been faithful customers with no missed appointments for the past three years. When trying to make an appointment recently, I was informed that because we had missed an appointment 3 months prior, she would no longer groom our dog «ever again».
Not only did I receive this via text, she could not even call me back. She ignored my phone call and texted me instead. Apparently she not only holds a grudge, but she doesn’t have the balls to talk to anyone and hides behind her electronics!
Customer loyalty has no meaning with this business!
