Thank you for your interest in our storage facility. Our facility is fully fenced and secured. We have a keypad entry system that controls who gets on and off the property when we are not here. Access to your unit is from 6 am to 10 pm, 365 days a year. You have convenient drive up access with a roll up door on your unit for easy access. Your unit is on a raised concrete pad and has an insulated ceiling which helps protect your belongings. We have no move-​in fees, and no deposits, which will save you approximately $ 20.00 over most of our competitors. We will also give you a maximum security storage lock for you unit, which saves you up to $ 15.00. We offer a move-​in truck reimbursement for your local moves (credit to your second month’s storage rent). We can also help you with U-​Haul rental equipment, packing supplies and boxes. History

Established in 2012.

Richland ABC Mini Storage was purchased in 2012. Since then we have made many updates to the facility. We are currently expanding our facility for the needs of our customers in the Tri-​Cities area. We are including a new office and climate controlled units (opening March 2014).

Hello, my name is Bob. I have been the storage facility manager at this location for the past 7 years. I have been blessed to be apart of the ABC family since August, 2012. We have a great team here in Richland (Bob and Cindy). We love assisting our customers with their storage /​moving needs and look forward to hearing from you soon!
