This company almost hit my car to get in front of me. When I honked they moved in closer and flipped me off. Is this the type of company you want to do business with? I know why they named themselves SUPER SNAKE!

These guys were great at first but when I called back to tell them they did not fix the problem it got bad. They promised to come out twice and never showed then when I called the man I talked to was very rude to me. When I told him that I was not available that morning and that I put my day on hold twice last week for them and they never came out, so I feel they need to bend to my schedule a little. he asked me what my point was? Then when he asked what time can they come out and I said afternoon he said well what time do you think it is? (It was only 11am at that time). He was just a complete jerk and his behavior was super unprofessional.

I typically don’t write reviews however, Eli and Patrick of Super Snake Plumbing came out to services our plumbing needs… These guys were AWESOME! They addressed and resolved the issues we had & answered other plumbing related questions. They both enjoy what they do, they appreciate company they work for and they both have positive attitudes. Mind you these guy come over after 5pm and had just left being under another customers home yet they where still in great spirits! Good contractors are hard to come by and this group is defiantly a keeper. They didn’t ask me to make a post about our experience however, I have and would suggest you use them!

Super Snake was contacted on Wednesday for a toilet issue, and they can’t send someone until Saturday. I have a house full of teenagers in the summertime –and I’m not sure I want to wait for this company …Plumbing issues need immediate response. I will update my review if I end up using them, but the fact that I’m not given the same day service ERKS me.

Last night, we went out our front door to discover our drive-​way was completely soaked. We checked and sure enough, our water heater was busted. I called several companies before finding C T’s Super Snake. Every company treated me like their time was more valuable than mine, but not CT! His receptionist immediately said, «We can fix you today». Not only did they come immediately, but my total was well under 1000 bucks for a new unit + installation. CT is super friendly, explains everything he’s doing, and tells you how you can prolong the life of your unit. I mentioned a water pressure/​heat issue in our main bathroom and he took about 10 minutes to look at it and told me how to fix it myself, for much cheaper! If you need any type of plumbing, please look no further than here! I recommend a million times over!!!

These people were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous and quick to resolve my water heater issue. They replaced it the water heater the same day I called. I’m so glad I called them.
