My girlfriend works for a travel agency and she contacted this place to schedule a hunting experience, their response was so unprofessional that I felt obligated to Unilocal it. The place goes by the name of ‘C.P.‘s Guiding Service’ but they are also Big Game Hunting NY and CP Guiding. I’m just going to share my girlfriend’s email and then share their response, I think it will be enough. This is what she wrote to them, very politely: «Hello! We are a travel operator in San Francisco and we have a group of 5 – 8 people, juniors under 18 y.o. Two of them are not American citizens. They would love to go hunting for a couple hours on November 17 or 18. There will be one adult with them — dad of one boy — but he is not American also. Can you please help me to organize hunting experience for them? What do they need for it? And is there a possibility to work with you in a future — we can offer hunting experience to our tourists, I’m sure a lot of them would like to go… Best regards» She even suggested that if this goes well they will send more business to them, more MONEY. This is what ‘Chris Palumbo’ from CP Guiding writes back… «HAHA nov 17th is opening day youre many months tooooooo LATE !!» Is that how a business should respond to a professional email? I understand that maybe Chris is just some kid they hired to answer emails, nevertheless they get 1 star for that kind of response.
