A TERRIBLE body shop! I took my car there to be repaired because it was convenient for me. Louis promised me he would take care of the repair. When I went to pick up my car, it was raining so I gave it a quick look and thought it looked great. The next morning when the sun was out, you could see a massive amount of over spray from the clear coat application. Also, there was a door sticker he was supposed to put on before delivering the car to me. Never did that. After contacting Louis, he said bring the car back in and would correct the issues in a day I dropped the car back off to him and came back later that evening. Louis claimed he corrected everything. I couldn’t see that well because of the dark. The next morning came, The paint still looked terrible and the door sticker still wasn’t put on. Now I know to use the body shop at my dealer. DO NOT USE THEM !!!

Substandard work, Lou held on to the car for nine months, took the repair money but did not do the work until threatened with police involvement. When I finally picked up the car, I had to sell it for much less than it should have sold for due to «the substandard work». Most unprofessional business I’ve dealt with in a long time. I would never recommend them. Steer clear!

I Recently had a complex repair done here and am very pleased with the results. Lou is great at working with the insurance adjusters and providing feedback to the customer on the status of repairs. Repair work restored the car to undetectable pre-​accident condition and Lou even fixed the pin striping which was not part of the scheduled repair work. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Lou and Richboro Collision are very professional, adept at what they do, and a pleasure to deal with during the repair process.
